We are very pleased with Sheila's performance over the past few months. She is always punctual, friendly, upbeat, and extremely efficient.

Margret and Kayla were excellent. They worked hard and efficient. We are having a life celebration at our home Saturday for our daughter in law who died recently. Jack was able to put us on the schedule with short notice and sent us two wonderful workers. Thank you very much.

They showed up a half an hour late, and then wanted to stay less time than the time that was promised and wanted to charge the full price. They did what was asked but the service was poor

It went great, they had it all done in three hours. So happy with the service, would definitely use again.

I purchased the deal to help me out at graduation time. The week was going to be very hectic with cooking, cleaning, decorating and overnight guests, so I decided to purchase the package to help me out. They were awesome. They came in and consulted with me on my needs and expectations and exceeded both. They were quiet and efficient and we both managed not to get into each others way. I would use them again.

They were over an hour late. They did not move items to clean appliances, or clean the tops of those appliances.

I was very pleased -- both ladies were thorough and professional.

First of all they went out of their way to book the very next day after the weekend and also in the afternoon when I was free. When they got here they took their time with everything and did a great job. Honestly I do not even know why there is a B rating...it should be an A rating.

The team of 2 young women arrive about on time. They brought all cleaning supplies and equipment. After I gave them a tour and explained what I wanted they got right down to business. I left for 3 hours and when I returned they were just finishing up. Everything looked great--and smelled great. I highly recommend this service.

I think the owner tried to make up for it, but they didn’t cover all the areas they said they would cover. I found cobwebs and areas they hadn’t cleaned. He did come back and cleaned the kitchen himself, but later I found other rooms they were supposed to have been cleaned and they obviously hadn’t cleaned them. The people he had working for him didn’t come through for him. The team didn’t show up on time, but the owner did show up on time when he came. The owner did try and did what he could do, but it wasn’t a great experience.

The housekeepers did a great job! We really wanted them to focus on the kitchen and bathroom areas, especially on the main floor and upstairs bedroom/bathrooms since we only had them for the three hours (Angie's List deal). Everything was cleaned as expected.

They were very responsive in setting up a time and responding to questions before the service. Arrival to the house was delayed, but the manager came over and explained and apologized for the delay. Overall, they did a very good job, although they did not seem to clean the inside of the windows as they stated that they would, but it is a small issue. I would definitely use them again.

We've only used them once so the first impression was wonderful, they did a great job. They were very thorough. They got here on time. They were friendly. They took direction well. They had to clean around a lot of our junk because were reorganizing right now. We said just cleaned around it but they actually picked it up and cleaned and then set it back down. They went above and beyond what we asked them to do. So far, I think their pricing is reasonable if they continue to do a really good job. Their customer service is outstanding. The owner himself came and did some cleaning and made sure everything was going well and they left a comment card and wanted our feedback. They seemed really attentive.

I would not use them ever again. It was a waste of money.

Darlene and Kelly were prompt to arrive and immediately asked for specific instruction as to what was to be done. We had recently completed a kitchen remodel, and I customized the cleaning duties quite a bit. They both stuck on task very well. I do realize that "cleaning" is a bit subjective, and that my idea of deep cleaning might be more rigorous than another person's. For the most part, the rooms that needed deep cleaning were considerably cleaner after they went through. Both ladies kept checking with me to get additional assignments as they finished each task. They also were conscienscous about their work. When a mopped laminate floor looked streaky they recognized it and figured out that it needed to be dry-mopped to eliminate the streaks. One suggestion I would make -- provide a canister vacuum to be used on wood flooring. I don't use a beater-bar vacuum on my wood floors to avoid scratches. They used my own canister vac for that cleaning.

Cant say enough about this company. From the time they returned my call to the 4 times they have now cleaned my home this has been a very professional organization.

Jack at Maid to Sparkle was extremely responsive and professional. He showed up on time to make sure he understood what we wanted done. The 2 person crew spent 3-3.5 hours cleaning our home and did a great job. There were a couple minor details (stainless steel cleaner not wiped off exterior of appliances, hard water stains left on underside of faucet handle) that were missed, but they did a fantastic job on the bathrooms, windows, and blinds. We would definitely hire them again.

It was fine and good. I had trouble getting a hold of them. I left a messages and they took a while for them to get back to me. I think I called them three times. I will not use their services again because I found someone that I liked better.

I purchased a Big Deal for $99 for two housecleaners for three hours. We had an appointment scheduled for this and they showed up 30 minutes late. I had to get back to work, so I could not wait any longer. I just decided not to use this deal.

They continually do an outstanding job cleaning the house.

They showed up right on time. They asked what I wanted and listened carefully to what I said. Then we agreed on a plan for how to spent the cleaning time. They worked hard and steadily and everything looked very nice when they left. When they had questions, they asked. I am satisfied.

The house was wonderfully clean! I would definitely recommend Maid to Sparkle for house cleaning services! A+!
