Windows allow more cold transmission than the demonstration showed

Mad City is an awesome company. The ppl are friendly and very easy to work with. They want to see you happy. Our installer was really good at what he does so our new shower is now a wonderful experience each and every day. Thank you!!!

Worst. Company. Ever. I would give negative stars if it were possible. Installed all the wrong materials. Did NOT install the expensive fixtures we chose. Crappy, rushed, patched-up install. Changed plumbing but did not get permits nor inspections (which would not have passed). The shower floor flexes, snaps, and pops, and the drain started leaking after 1 week. The local crew manager stopped by after we called and said, yes, theyd have to tear out and start over. Then Nothing. (We found out he quit the company shortly after that.) Calls to the salesman, the local manager, local office, and corporate went unreturned for months. Luckily we put our down payment on Amex, got that back somewhat quickly, but then had to fight the loan company Mad City uses, who said *We paid Mad City so you HAVE to pay us.* We said, NO! They relented after realizing Mad City never completed the contract. Only AFTER the loan company set us free (and probably went after Mad City) did we hear from the salesman who claimed he hadnt heard about our plight. We had left several messages on his cell phone. Total nightmare. Stay away.

Installers left the place filthy, holes in the walls, the shower was totally inoperable.One of workers rude to person supervising. Took phone calls with unfriendly customer service people to get them to come back and finish job, lost two days of time. Extremely poor customer service. High pressure original salesman made promises they didn't keep. Very unprofessional and overpriced.

Easy to work with-offers tons of information- open to questions-no pressure. All team members have been really great

Jack the rep who came out was on time very curious easy to get along with answered all my questions explained everything very well very thorough good funny guy I would recommend him to everyone check back and I will write the rest of the company when my transaction has progressed yes he sold me!

What was planned to be a 5 day kitchen project has been in progress for over six months now. We've discussed the project several times with different field managers and allowed numerous attempts to fix subpar work on the project. At this point we've lost confidence in Mad City's ability to finish the project to our expectations. Communication has been a challenge as all contacts are sorted into a voicemail system that rarely results in a returned call. When we do discuss it with someone it's generally somebody new to the project and we have to go through all of the details with them all over again. In our last and most recent communication we were offered a small discount and referred to financing to pay in full for the project even though it's still missing pieces. Overall we're really unhappy with the work and would not recommend Mad City to anybody.

Once you go with mad city you won't want anyone else.

Mad City installation team performed above expectations. My hopes were high, upon arrival I had a bit of apprehension and my first feelings of doubt...which was unjustified. Nothing at the time legitimized my feelings. After the first window was out I was able to see how the team worked... All doubt and apprehension quickly faded. I am unable to comment on product value at this time, there aren't any measurable data points yet. They look good and update as expected...

Just had the pre-install appointment! The install will happen in two months!

Mad city install the shower in February. We love the quality and how easy it is to clean. Would definitely do business with MadCity again

Didn’t test the jet tub before they left initially and caused them to need to return. Otherwise I am pleased with the service.

Archie and carol were amazing! They were sweet, on time, professional and were extremely easy to have as our cupboard restyle experts. They protected our floors, and kept everything clean during and after doing our job. Would recommend them highly, and would use them again for any job. Thank u so much for a beautiful job!

Mad City did a wonderful job upgrading our bathroom. They installed a new bath tub and shower, and updated the plumbing and the walls around the bath tub, doing seamless job with a clean finish. As a tall person I was especially happy about how they were able to raise the height of the shower head and install a new rain shower head with a luxury feel.
