The project was worth the money

Salesperson was professional and listened to my needs. Installation was timely, and installers were efficient, respectful of my home, and conscientious.

My wife and I were not expecting to hire Mad City but were just planning on listening to the presentation and getting a quote. We would politely thank the rep and ask for our gift card and send them on their way. Surprise!! We were blown away by the presentation, the knowledge and articulation of the presenter and the product and process she had to offer! We had a walk through of our 3 bathrooms, discussing changes and enhancements and concluded by contracting all 3 to be worked on. I have to say that this work was not cheap ,but we talked it over with our financial adviser and he said go for it. The installation was first rate. The team was very polite and diligent in their tasks - amazingly fast, conducting themselves like true professionals. They took the old walls down to the studs and put up new walls and fixtures with everything sealed tight. They cleaned up all the demolition stuff and we had no debris to deal with. My wife and I are just delighted with the finished product and the installation process. We will certainly be letting our family and friends know! I stated earlier that this was not cheap work, but in the end my wife and I feel like we got our money's worth!

The process was great from salesman Dave to guys who measured and installers. The work was done timely, professionally and everything cleaned up.

Very pleased with the shower install. Would like to have door added, but the cost was beyond what we could afford.

It made my duplex nicer to live in, no drafts, no problems. I really love my Mad City Windows, it was worth every penny.

Got our old tub replaced with a brand new shower! The service was great and they did it all in one day! They took the time to explain everything as they did it!

Mad City Windows replaced two of our old picture windows with two sliders. I was impressed with the installation...the guys were efficient and knowledgeable. We love the new windows...they sliders close tightly but provided some great cross-ventilation during those hot late summer days.

We are very happy with our windows and our energy bill has lowered like they promised. This was definitely a smart financial move for us and our house.

The windows are of very good quality. The sales rep failed on his end to provide the stated gifts that were to come with a quote of the job. I am very impressed with the double ended warranty that will extend to the next owner. The installation was completed within the day allowed.

We had a new shower & bath installed and it was a great experience! No issues at all. Great service, everything was completed on-time and as requested. We even got to specify the exact location we wanted for each shower shelf and handrail during the installation.

Excellent service from sales person Joe. Installers came at the scheduled time and finished the same day as promised. The only thing that was missed was the replacement of a damaged window frame from last winter. Overall, I would contact Mad City again for other work.

Sales person was very friendly and explained everything thoroughly. Installed all windows in a day as promised, but were a little careless with the plants in our front yard. I would recommend them though to family and friends.

They were very prompt and on time, polite and cleaned up after themselves. Showed me the done job before they asked me to sign off asked if I had any questions and said we could always call them if we needed.

Our new windows are not only beautiful but incredibly nice quality. It s amazing how much energy we re saving now! Our bedrooms are so much more comfortable and we don t have to worry about frost inside or using plastic insulation this winter! My husband and I were so impressed by the demonstration when we were given our estimate- we were planning on shopping around until we saw how amazing these windows are! Highly recommend!

Accurate estimate. Quality work. Everything went according to plan.

Promises were made by the salesman and apparently not related. When I spoke with the installers, they did leave as they didn't have the parts needed. They returned a week later and everything was put right. They did alot of reconstruction around my 10 foot picture window. And I love it. Should have done this window replacement years ago. Nice people and they listened to me.

The process was very easy and the install took less than a day.

We are very happy with our front door, storm door and patio doors that we had installed. Our only complaint was with our installation. We had some things that were not done correctly, but they did someone different out to correct and repair what was done wrong.
