Horrible service! Paid over $10 grand in January for storm and exterior doors on front and back and STILL do not have what I paid for! They cancelled the day before the initial install date in mid January but did come on January 30th. They removed ALL the doors at the same time...it is January! They started installing the front exterior door. Except it was the wrong door. I said "do not install that" he said he had to because they already removed the old. He had the field manager call me who assured me they would be back the next week to remove and bring the correct door. Well, he came 2 weeks later to take the door while they fixed the decorative piece. That was mid February. The door he "loaned" me is a CULL LUMBER door. It is stamped right on the outside of the door in big black letters "MDI CULL" . The deadbolt does not work and its a white door with a big black stamp "MDI CULL door" I do not think the neighbors love it :/ When they installed the back door, there was a huge gap between the door frame and the house. Also a huge gap between the threshold and my floor with a ton of light coming through. They filled the gaps in with spray foam....such a poor poor job. I sent pictures of all this to their corporate office and received an email response assuring me she would push it along. Well the local scheduler called and gave me a BS story about matching paint and blamed everything on their supplier. She said she woud call the next day and never did. That was 4/9....today is 4/25. Never again mad city. Fix it!

Windows were as advertised. No more drafts and no more frost on windows. Installer cold have done a better cleaning up after the work was done.

everyone we worked with was wonderful!! Although it costed a little more then I could afford, I had a stroke and needed a shower. They did a fine job!

This was not a full service job. They did not paint the bathroom after they installed the materials, which by the way are beautiful! They did not offer nor install the vanity, mirror, cabinet, or towel bars. They did not install the toilet in the other bathroom that the salesperson promised they would. Im very disappointed.

I had a hard time connecting with Mad City to get them to start my job. They'd rescheduled a few times but we finally got my job started. They told me that they were short 1 piece of window trim even though while at my job they left to go to the store for something and then it was a few months before they came back to finish. This ask was initiated by myself and not them. So bad on them for not following up with me. I do love the look of my new windows and working with Mad City for the rest of my work. The installation crew were super nice and very good to work with. They kept my house clean and besides my new windows, you wouldn't know they'd been there!

They did a great job, from the salesperson Joe that came to my house and explained everything, to the guys who installed the windows and made sure they had them perfect and left my house cleaner then when they got there!

Employees were on time and very professional. All windows in house replaced and completed in a single day. Minor flaw noted by employee on window that was barely noticeable. He placed a call to have window replaced. Replacement installed within a couple weeks.

Mad City Windows did a great job! They were very professional, and protected furniture and other household items. They did a beautiful job on the windows, and cleaned everything up when they were done. The Windows are great looking and help to keep out the Wisconsin winters. I would highly recommend them if you need new windows!!

Since installing the windows, my wife can sit in warm comfort. Also, our electric bill has gone down a bit. Thanks !

Excellent company to work with! Great customer service and everything was done in a. Timely manner!!! They always make sure that you are satisfied with their work before they leave! I had downsized to a smaller window in my living room I thought it would be impossible to look nice but the finish work by Jeremy was amazing he did such great work!!

Mad city installed windows and a sliding door for us. They were right on time for appointments, they worked with us to give us the look we desired and they communicated with us through each step of the process or if there were any changes. We did have a misunderstanding with the type of window we wanted. Once it was discovered they took full responsibility and there was no additional fee. We also had some issues with frost after the work was done, but they have been prompt to come and look at the issue and work with us to resolve it. They went above and beyond to patch a new section of exterior wall and match our siding (which was not easy to find) even after we told them they could put whatever scraps they had there. The workers were also great with our curious children and were kind enough to interacted with them while they worked. Our windows and door look very nice and are exactly what we had hoped for.

Mad City was great from the start to the end. The 1st visit on explaining what would happen, picking out the stand-up shower, fixtures, and finishes. The work was done in about 2 1/2 days they did a wonderful job. So glad we had them do the work. Would totally recommend them again.

I had a new picture window installed, and 2 small sliders in my barn. They were very careful with any nails/screws, which I really appreciated around my animals. Did a great job on all the windows, and they were very pleasant to work with.

I had Madi City Baths remove a jetted tub and install a custom standup shower. From initial consultation to end product they were amazing.

We had mad City tear out a jetted tub and install a walk in shower. This was a custom job and everything from initial meeting through the end was perfect. The outcome was a huge transformation and I thank Mad City Baths for their professionalism . I will use them in the future.

Seamless experience from the salesman all the way through to the installation team. After install and inspection there were a few tears in the screens which they of course replaced free of charge just like they promise. The windows are amazing, and we are already noticing a reduction on the heating bill!!! Would highly recommend them to everyone!!

From start to finish we had nothing but a positive experience with Mad City. We replaced windows in the majority of our home. They were able to get us a great price for superior quality product. The job was done on time and the install was clean. The windows look amazing, all the seals are perfect - no gaps or sloppy workmanship. Everyone we interacted with through the entire process was professional and great to work with.

Mad City did an amazing job replacing 16 windows in my home. They ran into problems with the way the old windows were previously installed, but easily fixed it and installed the new windows properly. I'd recommend them to everyone
