The caulking was terrible. When I called I was taken seriously and they did have someone come out and redo the work. I really appreciated that but overall I wouldnâ t recommend this company

Installation teams are professional very courteous knowledgeable and able to handle any unexpected problems as the installation goes on I would recommend them you know they're pros are good product knowledgeable installers and capable cons they're a little pricey but in the overall that's not really a con because the product is very worth it very pleased with the job they did if I have to have any remodeling done to my bathroom again I will use them again

Workers were great and explained the whole process of the window install. They cleaned up after themselves and were very polite. From presentation to install everyone was very polite and friendly.

The salesman wouldn't listen to what I wanted, he talked me into something that I didn't want, so afterwards I called the sight manager to come to my house and explain what I wanted in the 1st place. He tried to convince me that the salesman was right. So after a few words he finally understood what I wanted , it cost me an additional $3500.00, plus I had to keep 1 window and the shower bottom. Which they didn't leave with me.l

My carport looks absolutely beautiful! Installed Polyrea coating , not epoxy, but better with life time WARRANTY! Can not really explain how satisfied I am!

A little long with a presentation n all but very professional and very kind young man! I believe they have a super product but the price is a little steep. I like that it only takes 1-2 days to complete. I'm still shopping around but it may just be worth the money.

Great service and quality workmanship

The installation went well. 1 day installation, however you cannot use the shower for 24 hours after completion to allow the sealant to set. The shower head squealed something awful and had to have someone come back and remove something and clean it up. That took care of that. We also noticed that the doors clanged against each other. We were told that was the nature of the beast. We also noticed that the door on one side would not stay shut allowing water to pass onto the floor. A service person has been out to address that I think 3 times now. Still having that problem. The drainpipe from the shower to the main line fell off, spreading water over everything under it. I called them and within 25 minutes 3 trucks were here to work on getting it fixed. On the initial installation no support straps were installed. That was taken care of. Luckily things that got wet dried quickly in the sun that day. Then we noticed that the slide that the shower head travels on was starting to corrode. I sent them a picture and they ordered the part. When the serviceman came, he replaced the bad part and we showed him the gap in the door, so he once again tried to adjust it. Each time they adjust it, it stays in place for a few days then starts to wander again. Same thing happened this time. While he was here he noticed that the bottom track for the door was installed incorrectly and he pulled it off and reinstalled it correctly. The clanging I mentioned earlier stopped (you know, the nature of the beast). He then informed us that he would order another bottom track since the one installed already was slightly damaged when he pulled it out. I have just received word that the part is in and have made an appointment to have it replaced and also have the door adjusted once again. Pricing was much more than I had expected to pay.

I hated the sales process. I felt like I was in a dealership. Know your prices & exactly what you want. The man who did the install, however, was kind, willing to answer questions, & efficient with his time. He did great work & I wish I could hire him for the rest of the house. Customer service checked on us throughout the process, although never called back on a small concern I had. The finance company called to confirm the job was done well before we were charged.

The job was not up to my standers. The water pressure is off, the walking shower did not have a barrier, rot underneath the bathroom.
