I like the fact that they tore out all my old plumbing and redid everything so I don't have to worry about leaks. My old tub had all the plumbing above the floor so it was all cut out and redone for no extra charge so that I could have a walk in and not have to go up 2 steps to get into my shower. I also like how it was all done in a day.

Exceptional customer service from initial contact thru the install. We had a very large bay window installed. We received 4 other quotes and we were very impressed with explanation received from sales rep. We were so pleased we decided to use Mad City, they did not disappoint!. Would highly recommend.

I got two exterior doors and a storm door. I am in love with the quality and look of these doors. They were on the more expensive side but the sales person worked with me to find the most affordable option. Installation was during one of the coldest months in winter and you couldn t even tell. They were that yuck and precise with getting the old ones out and the new ones in.

Windows were installed correctly and quickly. Windows look great and are energy efficient!

They were at our house around 10:30am. It was close to 11am when they got set up and they were out of our house by 5:30. This was taking the old shower/bathtub area out and installing the new. Quick and efficient.
