From the initial sit down with Terry to the installation Mad City was professional, courteous, and on time. The installers took care of our flooring by laying tarps down and even made sure our dog didn't get out as they came in/out of the house. We LOVE our new windows. Not only did it upgrade our home the we hear less noise from outside. Can't wait for winter to see how much our heating bill decreases.

They were very professional. They had to take out old tub and clean everything afterwards there was dust and dirt everywhere. When they were finished you would never know anything had been done in the bathroom. They arrived in masks and went right to work, very through and competent. I recommend this company to anyone thinking of remodeling their bathroom.

Mad city were very easy to work with and were knowledgeable of their products. They brought lots of samples to choose from.

I had a new shower installed through Mad City Windows and Baths. The shower is exactly what I wanted and was installed in 1 day. I had an issue with some damage done on the walls and Mad City addressed the issue and fixed it right away.

If I could rate them higher I would. I would recommend Mad City to anyone. They are very professional. Answered any and all questions that I had. I felt very comfortable with them in my home. They clean up after themselves so nicely that you wouldn't even know they had just replaced every window in my home. If you need windows you should call them!!

Would use them again

Mad City converted our tub and shower to a walk in shower. The sales staff was very professional and well informed. Then the office staff kept us informed as to the schedule. When materials were available the install process started. The install was done in one day and the bathroom was returned to full function without any problems. The installer was professional and very competent. He had all the answers and equipment to do the job. We felt very comfortable allowing them into our home.

It went really good. The person who installed our two big windows did a really good job. During winter its not that cold in our living room anymore! My husband were really satisfied! Also when one of our window got a problem I called them and they scheduled for a fix instantly!

My installation was the second week in December 2019, it was COLD outside, but 2 HUGE windows were put in place within 8 hours with everything cleaned up and working properly. All workmen were very proficient and I am extremely happy with all aspects of their work. It certainly made a difference in my winter heating bill as well as keeping my living and dining room more cozy. They were so great to work with that my daughter is hiring Mad City Windows & Bath to replace her bay window and sliding door this year.

We had them install a shower and patio door for us on two separate occasions. Both times weâ ve been extremely satisfied with the work from start to finish. They sold us on a great product, install was super easy and they worked with us and follow-up has been seamless.

We went to a local home show where they had a booth. We gathered some information and signed up to have someone come to out house and tell us about their windows. The sales guy was on time and very knowledgeable. We had all our windows replaced. The windows were replaced in April 2020. The installers were polite and cleaned up after themselves. We had a couple minor issues with the windows after they were installed. I called right away and they sent someone out and got everything fixed up. We are very happy with our new windows.

I was very pleased with my experience with Mad City Windows and Baths. for the installation of an exterior door. I felt that they were genuinely concerned for my safety with my previous door and were able to get me set up with my new door in a timely manner, even during the coronavirus pandemic. Installed a very large picture window with 2 casement windows in McFarland quickly and professionally, including replacing old rotted wooden frame. Crew was careful of existing window coverings, etc. We're very pleased.
