Mad City Windows & Baths

We had a new tub surround and walk in shower installed in March of this year. From the initial sales meeting to finish of the project Mad City Bath has excellent service, communication, and a beautiful finished project. Ron and Phil made a great team and even though they ran into unforeseen complications in our plumbing in one of our bathrooms they kept at it until it was right. Our contract price never changed. Prompt, professional, highly skilled and very respectful of our property. We love our new bathtub and shower! I would highly recommend this company.

Our sales rep provided great customer service and explained everything and answered any questions we had. The installation of the windows was great too. There were only two installers and they installed a whole house full of windows in one day. They were courteous and hard workers. They walked us through how to operate and care for the windows. We are highly satisfied and would recommend Mad City to anyone looking for new windows!

From start to finish my experience with Mad City windows was excellent, from calling to get an appointment for estimate, for measurement of windows and installation. Everyone was pleasant, knowledgeable and proficient. The windows were in stalled in one day with all the old windows and site cleaned. The windows look great. I am very happy with the entire procedure. From start to finish was 6 weeks.

We had them replace 3 crank out windows. Came out right away for an estimate and scheduled installation in a reasonable time. Installation crew was great and cleaned up everything. We had an issue with 1 window not being exactly what we thought. Supervisor came out immediately and worked with us to resolve the issue. Great service!

The Mad City installers arrived promptly, worked proficiently and efficiently. They were very polite and did a complete job. The Mad City inspector noticed a small flaw in the patio door seal (something that we hadn't noticed) and ordered a new panel. When it came in he arranged to do the replacement. Great product, great service, good price. We will use Mad City again when we need to do replacement.

From the salesman to the installation I was very satisfied. When something was not quite right, they responded immediately and made it right. I can't wait to see the savings this winter!

There work was well done and the quality of the windows are fantastic. The price can be a little high but for the quality you are getting there is no complaining. The sales rep worked with me on pricing and was very helpful to start the process of replacing my very old windows.

Our house was built in 1918 and had original windows throughout, it was a huge energy drain and in fact some of them we couldnâ t even get open! Mad City gave us a very thorough estimate and overview and we decided to redo every window. The customer service was outstanding, any issue was immediately addressed and dealt with, we were informed of every step along the way and really enjoyed the personal care the display for their customers. Installation was very organized and professional, they were able to install all windows in 2 days, we had leaded glass in some windows and it was a relief to have Mad City take care of disposal for us. Our house is air tight with our new windows, you can feel what a huge difference they make in the house. Finally, they just look so darn nice, we have had so many compliments from neighbors and family and we are always glad to share our great experience with Mad City windows with them!

Good quality, efficient install. Easy to use and clean

The work was quality and very efficient. We needed a bathtub that was safe for our baby that was on the way and something that was actually usable. It was a very short tub that came with the house and could only be filled up with 7 inches of water; and the shower head has horrible pressure and was super short. Mad City presented us with lots of options to remodel our tub and informed us on the why tubs from Mad City last for a long time. The workers were very professional and it was done in one day!

We replaced our bathtub with a walk in shower, and are extremely happy with the work that was provided. In only took one person 6 hours to complete the job, and he was very professional and the quality of work was great. Would hire them again.

The installers did a very good job without any mess. One window had a crack and one bad screen. These were fixed no questions asked.
