Mad City Windows & Baths

The installers were very professional. Everything was clean when they left and they even covered their shoes before coming into our home. They installed 14 windows in an over 100 year old house in less than eight hours. I could tell that quality control was top priority as during the installation two other employees stopped by to check out the progress and see if I had any questions

Mad City installed a new tub and shower combo in my bathroom. We are very happy with the results! No issues with installation. Installers arrived on time and were professional, courteous, and fast!

From the initial visit the salesperson was very easy to deal with, knowledgeable and not pushy. He helped walk us through the options and listened to what we wanted. He even helped save us several hundred dollars by recommending a double window to replace two existing side-by-side windows. The windows were ready earlier than promised, and installed (10 windows, ranch style house) in one day. The installation crew was polite and respectful. Mad City was recommended to us by our friends, and I would gladly recommend them to others.

The job itself was well done and Adam and Mary (installers) were excellent and efficient! My only comment on the opportunity side of things was with appointment set up. When material was ready for installation, I had a conflict for a week and a half. The person scheduling appeared irritated and said "well we can make an exception"...An exception because I can't have installed same week materials arrived? Last time I checked, I believe I was the customer and already paid 25% down. Other than that so far very satisfied with all other aspects.

It was professional, affordable, and eay to utilize their service.

Everyone on the team was so cooperative to get our project done. The installers did a great job and were so nice and polite. We will be doing future projects with them too!

We could not be happier with Mad City. From start to finish they were great. No pressure sales. Communicated every step of the way and worked around our schedule to get the install done ASAP. Install was amazing how they did the complete house in one day. Installers were courtious and quality of work was second to none. We also had to have a guy come out after install to look at a latch. They seemed to drop everything to accomodate me. Completely satisfied and the product is amazing. Now that it is getting colder we are really noticing a difference in the house. Great Job. We had Mad City remove our existing bath tub and replace it with a walk in shower. Salesman and Installation was professional and completed in one day even though the job took a lot longer than expected for installation. I would recommend them to anyone.

The order wrong size tub, installer ripped up our bathroom never mentioned it until everything was torn up. He notched the studs to make it fit. Not to mention it is the wrong color. Even my regular plumber said it is beige, not light grey. I went around with them because they sent me samples of what was supposed to be grey. Of course, it matches what I have but it is NOT GREY! THEN THE INSTALL WANTED TO RUN THE WALLS STRAIGHT DOWN INTO THE TUB NOT ON THE LIP BECAUSE IT ALL DID NOT LINE UP. HAS BEEN 2 TEARS I AM STILL FLIPPING PISSED EVERY TIME I LOOK AT IT!!!! Amazing just after this no pics of grey. They did not want to rip out a 30 thousand dollar shower and do it over. Now they have grey pics back on the website. Do not hire them!! Not worth the money.

I think that gentleman that came and redid my entire shower did an absolute wonderful job and I will definitely be hiring them in the near future to help with more projects.

Mad City Bath installed a walk in shower to replace our outdated cast iron tub. Being the only bathroom in the house we need in done in a day. Mad City was able to do that as well give us a shower that is beyond our expectations. Thank you Mad City for the amazing shower!!!

I am so happy with the work provided by Mad City. The gentlemen who came and put in my shower were fantastic. They were knowledgeable and professional. They did everything as agreed upon and even helped me decide the best locations for the safety bars. I am so happy with my shower. I feel safe and I am thrilled with the quality of the work. My shower is fantastic! I would recommend Mad City to anyone especially older adults who want to feel safe while bathing.
