We love our windows! They transformed our cottage. The installers were professional, cleaned up after themselves, and were courteous. We called them back to do more! Great work.

Owners do not respond to concerns. They chipped the ceiling and the walls. The glass door has an imperfection.

I hired Mad City Windowsand Baths, Inc. to change a bath tub to a walk in shower and change out the front door after a contract was signed, the water does not flow to the drain, the light above the shower is loose, caulking is smeared all over, shower head was installed to high, I have a wains coating that was damaged when they tore up the tile, have damaged sheet rock, they did come back and redo the work which I appreciated, however they cut materials in my kitchen, there is dust everywhere, they told me they would have a cleaning company to come out, never did, the new front door was installed and pieces are missing, does not look finished, every time I talk to them they talk down to me, what ever happened to customer service?

Very professional, able to start job earlier than quoted, completed our walk in shower in less than a day. Removed our old tub one piece surround with no mess to be found. We had half of our house windows replaced by Mad City Windows. Installers were on-time, courteous, and hard workers. Completed the job in one day. The products themselves are not ideal. The casement screens do not have any type of latch on the outside, so can be slid open by an animal. Thus when we left our window open during the night, a critter slid open the screen from the outside and our pet cat escaped!!! What good screens on a window if they are not secure? We asked about this and they said that is how they are made, without any latch. The patio screen door is more flimsy than a camper door and has already had to be replaced once. We received NO invoice with prices on it. During the salesman visit, he quoted a price and that is what we were charged, none of the television advertisements that we mentioned were deducted from that price. Each time we mentioned the free door install event, the salesman changed the subject and *would get back to that*. Now, we have requested, multiple times, a final invoice from them showing a breakdown of each window cost, and have not gotten one. Yet received a payment past due notice from the finance department! We were still waiting for our damaged screen door to be replaced, and yet they were charging us finance charges and past dues! Needless to say, we will not have the second half of our home done by Mad City Windows.

The installer's arrived on time and were very polite.

Mad City Windows installed 6 new windows in my house. They removed all the old windows and installed the new ones in 1/2 a day. They cleaned up all trash and did a walk through upon completion to ensure complete satisfaction. The crew was very professional, prompt, and thorough.

We had a great experience from the start. Met the team at the home and Garden show. Set up an in-home visit where they presented their product. We ended up agreeing on a new Patio Door. Ordering what we wanted was very easy and smooth. When it was time to install, they were on time and professional. The finished product is beautiful and everything they said it would be. Thanks for everything and look forward to doing new windows next.

The Mad City install crew worked like a well oiled machine. Originally it was scheduled for a 2 day install , but was completed in one. The new windows have met our expectations and we should see a heating cost reduction this winter. The crew did a superior job with clean up after the install. When they left the only sign they were there was the new widows which were sparkly clean.

All the windows were done properly and only in 1 day. Very satisfied

Put a down payment of around $3000 in August still has not been scheduled for job completion. Very happy with the lack of communication and customer care.

We loved working with Mad City Windows and Baths! They did an amazing job with our bathroom remodel! The staff were very friendly and responsive. They were able to replace our bath tub with a nice, modern tub and beautiful acrylic tiling in just one day! Our bathroom feels like a spa and I could not be happier with the quality of the work.

We love our new Mad City shower and wish we would have junked our old tub/shower years ago. The planners worked with us when we had to adjust our installation date, the install team went above and beyond on the trim work and we got a quick response when we had to have the shower doors slightly adjusted. We are completely satisfied and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Mad City to others.
