Its my second time doing business with this company. Great experience all the way around.

All workers were respectful and polite. They finished work in less time than I thought and cleaned up any mess which I appreciated. Tub and wall look beautiful. They explained how to use it. Customer service was great starting with sales rep and throughout installation. They removed the big whirlpool tub and installed a walk-in tub.

MadCity replaced all of the windows in our house. Excellent quality windows with a great warranty! Highly recommend. We love our new windows.

We used Mad City to have six windows installed. The excellent customer service started with the sales rep and carried through the installation. Not only were we pleased with the professionalism of the staff, but the product is amazing too! We've saved so much on our gas and electric bill since installation was completed.

We love our new shower. They were here as scheduled and completed the work in 1 day, removed all debit along with leaving a clean bathroom ð There was a flaw in one of the shower doors which was replaced with no problem. We are very happy we chose Mad City to do our bathroom

Right from the onset, sales through install these guys were top notch. Knowledgeable, honest and up front about every inch of the project. We had three main projects going on the same day. Dave was our rep and was very professional and personable. He was very knowledgeable of Mad City's product and was able to sell it without 'bashing' other companies. We were very impressed with their ability to get us into the schedule (even in the winter) and complete the job on time. We really like their lifetime warranty and pricing promises. We will continue to do business with Mad City in the future as their product, personnel and services were top-notch.

They were very punctual, professional and very informative at all times. They worked with me to install my windows around my schedule and made sure they were to my satisfaction. The windows were very high quality and held in heat a lot better than my old windows (which has become more important as winter keeps getting colder every year). Overall a very happy customer!

We are pleased with our bath remodel that included a new tub, tub surround and wainscot walls. There was one small problem with the walls due to the ceiling and walls not being plumb however they did go above and beyond by doing more than was was agreed upon by making plumbing improvements, installing a new lighted medicine cabinet and repairing a light fixture. They were very courteous and the installer even made a suggestion for a change that we agreed would be better.

We used Mad City Bath to install a new shower in our downstairs bathroom and a new tub surround in our upstairs bathroom. The process was very quick and the price was right. They also came back for free the following day when our kids ripped the newly chaulked shelf off the wall of our new shower.

My experience with Mad City was fantastic. It was a large window replacement and they met my expectations with quality, time and price. Would highly recommend.
