Mad City Windows did a great job with our window installation. They gave us a comprehensive presentation before we signed anything, and we have not been disappointed. They were on time and worked quickly, answering all questions and allowing me to inspect the work when they were finished. They sent another employee the next week to inspect the work that was done, and then they sent workers back to fix the few (minor) issues we had free of charge, leaving us feeling confident and happy we chose to do business with them. We have noticed a difference in our home since the window installation, and we can no longer feel the drafts from those windows that the old ones had. We have also noticed a difference in our energy bills. We are looking forward to having all of the windows in our home replaced by Mad City in the next few years.

My experience with Mad City Windows and Bath was nothing short than wonderful! From the full one-hour presentation of their durable product to the friendly customer service throughout the process, I was as satisfied as a Thanksgiving meal! The project I had them come out and quote was for windows. Prior to Mad City, I had a few other companies come over for some quotes and it was a quick 10-15-minute ordeal where they took window measurements and emailed me numbers. Please note I have enough skilled family members where I was just looking for the windows to be made and I would install myself. However, nonetheless, I was surprised when the salesperson was in my home for close to an hour! I was happy to understand windows more and being a visual learner, the show and tell concept was right up my alley! The salesperson was able to answer all my questions during the meeting as well as after when other questions emerged. Mad City was willing to work with me for all my needs and came in at a very fair price! Their options for 0% financing was also a bonus as I was a first-year homeowner and realizing windows can be expensive. I was appreciative that the salesperson allowed options. For example, instead of ordering 10 windows, I was able to get it down to 7 just by converting some double hangs into sliders. This also saved money and before, I would have not known that was an option, unless the time was taken to explain. Another bonus about Mad City was the customer service. I called after hours and someone STILL picked up. I apologized, not realizing the time but had an urgent question. The customer service representative noted it was after hours but would have someone follow and call me the next day. Well, right away the next day, I had an answer. I was more than pleased with the work crew and they worked their tails off to finish my windows project in one day instead of having to come back as I had a busy day the next day too. Overall, I was treated like a person and not just a "project" through the whole experience. I would highly recommend Mad City Windows and Bath for any project!

We had a bath redo. Took out the old tub and installed a walk-in shower with new fixtures. The result was finished in one day and everything was cleaned up and ready to go by days end. The installer was clean and neat and took care of all cleanup. We have used it for 4 months and very pleased. We also feel it was a safety upgrade as the walk in does not require a high step in and out and very comfortable. We would recommend this bath up grade.

We had windows installed a little under a year ago, they were quick and affordable. Their warranty is very good. We've had 1 service request which was fixed very quickly. We are happy with our windows!

Mad City succeeded with beautiful work on my roof, Soffit, Facia and Gutters. I love the professionalism of the crew who was nice and respectful of what I was looking for and made that happen. I delt a lot with the owner Nate and he listened and helped make my house look awesome. When I had concerns they were quick to get back to me and my concerns. When problems did arise they were willing to work with me and helped fix it quickly. Prices are a little pricey but you get what you pay for with their work. My house has never looked so beautiful. I love their work. I was worried because this was my first home and I wasnâ t sure with the high price tag what I was getting into but was quickly put at ease with the transformation they made to my house. I would definitely use them again if I ever needed work completed quickly by professionals.

Taking longer due to covid. Windows are excellent

First off I'd like to say the communication was key, they called the night before the install for a reminder for next day. Following morning the crew called and said they where on the way and told me the time. And showed up on time and not a minute late. Second off was the crew they were very friendly, respectful and professional. Did a full walk through the house and started laying down runners. Third off was install done in a timely manner and not just thrown in trimmed out and left. Took time did it right sealed inside and outside off and all the exterior trim wrap. No corners cut. Clean up at the end was great no mess no dust no debris laying all over the yard. I don't have one bad complaint about this company.

Very professional job that looks great

Originally spoke with Mad City about having seven windows done. While they were here I had them look at my bathroom as well. After going over all the options I was so impressed with the price and options I had both jobs booked. Very happy with the quality and customer service, would highly recommend.
