Quick, professional, and a good value. From the sales pitch to the final product, it was a good experience. They offer insanely good financing options as well. I plan on using Mad City for a project next summer.

Windows are a superior product to any windows currently on the market. In addition, the installation was top notch an installed (whole house) in one day. Everyone I talked to along the way was professional and helpful!

Mad City was a great company to work with. They matched a competitors lower price. After signing the contract, they were out quickly to re-measure the windows and get them in production. And the guys that installed them got all 9 windows on the 2nd floor of our home done in 1 day. I would work with them again.

BAIT and SWITCH! James at Mad City presented triple pane windows. We wanted 4. James stated the windows would cost over $8000. When we stated that we would be nable to purchase at this time. James refused to leave our home and threw an estimate on paper in our faces. Yes, literally threw it at our face. We are older and felt intimidated by him since he would not leave our home. He stated,;what would we pay? We stated that we were prepared to pay $4500. He called his manager and stated this was not a problem if we gave them more business, gave Mad City $2250.00, and give them a good review. We agreed because we needed triple panes because we live on a busy street. We we called Mad City they stated that windows were late because they broke one. Then on day of install, James at Mad City was called because we felt incorrect windows were delivered. A photo of the windows was sent that James received while still on the phone with me. James was disrespectful. He stated, you are going to call me in 3 weeks and say that you love them. But the fact is that the EcoSky window is worse than the old windows that Mad City removed. We hear the exact amount of noise that we heard before purchase of the EkoSky Window.. We bought a full wrap and insulation. We were guaranteed that the triple pane windows would decrease noise. But the fact is, we cannot sleep. We are so disappointed and no one has called to check on our satisfaction with the product. We did not get the EcoSky Window from Mad City Windows with Krypton and insulation and wrap that was demonstrated in our home. JUST BAIT and SWITCH!

We were educated on the construction of the windows and feel confident that the claims of energy savings made will be backed by the lifetime guarantee. The installation was clean and neat and completed in one day. Definitely a five star experience.

I love the new Windows but the communication needs improved. I'm still waiting on cosmetic repairs.

Good product, good installation. Very energy efficient compared to old vinyl, from Home Depot from 2002. Two big windows installed, half a day.

We had a huge picture window that was broke. Mad city came out to give us an amazing quote and walked us through everything we needed. They came back week later and had the window out and in within a hour. They did an amazing job and definitely are going to us them again for further window needs.

The Mad City team helped me replace a useless clawfoot tub/shower with a new shower surround. The service was exceptional. Their price didn't change. The financing has been a good experience. Very high quality and timely project! From contract to completion, I was very impressed with their communication with us! They tore out our old whirlpool tub and installed a new walk-in shower in one day! I would highly them to anyone looking for a new tub or shower.
