Mad City Windows & Baths

We replaced the windows in our 1933 home through the services of MadCity Windows. From the initial contact with their sales representative to final installation, the company provided top notch professional work. With the draft from the old windows and the cold of the glass, we are already saving on our energy bills. Our house had old, large windows, so they had to be custom made. As an industrial designer and interior designer, we find our windows to be of excellent quality.

We got showers and windows from Mad City. Everyone we dealt with was very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. Both installations were quick and done right the first time. Any questions we had were answered promptly. We love our showers and windows and would recommend them to anybody!

Had two windows replaced. After early issues with misunderstanding about extent of job, which caused delay, work quality was very good, workmanship was professional and thus far quality of installation and product quality is good. Other than misunderstanding/delay only other issue was pricing seemed arbitrary and seemed like further negotiation could occur.

I was told at the demo, they would be more outside noise resistant, but they most definitely are not.

I purchased a new shower and had my old bathtub and shower removed. I can't say enough good things about Mad City and their employees From the sale to the installation and cleanup, everything was amazing. I will definitely have Mad City do another project for me in the future.

made a mistake and checked the box for a shower pan instead of a bathtub. When they showed up for the install, i noticed my mistake. They stopped, found me a tub, and had it installed the following day. High quality materials, good worksmanship, and the staff was prompt and friendly.
