Wonderful experience

Excellent shower installation done quickly, efficiently by a personable, extremely competent installer. Process was very easy for me as the homeowner.

A very thorough job of installation of the windows. The windows look, and feel MUCH better than Our old windows.

They did a real good job

Very good at marketing, very poor at service. I purchased several new and very expensive vinyl double hung windows that were supposedly well insulated. When the windows were installed one of them stuck and would not open. In trying to kluge-fix that problem, one of the techs hacked a chunk out of the corner of the window. I was told that window would be replaced in 3 to 6 weeks. That was four months ago. Today - mid October - I checked and all 6 window panes, upper and lower, in my living room have condensation on the lower edge. Outside air temp is in the 40's. I tried filing a service request online for that, and the form submission kept failing with a 'failed Google captcha' message, and there was no captcha anywhere visible on the form. Calling their phone number got me a canned message that routed me back to the form. Avoid this company like the plague.

Used mad City before for other projects and always satisfied, this was no exception. Communication great, project on time, work looks great and like it will last, but if we do have any problems down the road, the warranty is rock solid and Mad City will be around to process it if we need to use it.

Professional, high quality product, customer service was excellent every step of the way. Replaced windows, installed a patio door. After getting a few quotes from other companies went with Mad City for the bathroom remodel too! Worth the money, definitely recommend!

From Austin on the sales team, to Cory our installer, Shawn and Cody the manager, everyone was amazing! Austin was with us to design our bathroom start to finish, his expertise in the products and his attention to detail made Mad City an easy choice. Day on of three for full shower install Cory was on time everyday. Cory was happy and answer any and all questions the entire time he was here. As things came up Cody the manager was quick to respond and would be on site shortly after. Iâ  m ecstatic with the finished product, so happy with their staff! Thank you MADCITY!! Yâ  all did amazing!

the windows are are great and easy to operate. the install team was thorough, friendly and professional. Job well done.

They haven't actually started yet, so it's difficult to rate them.

The installers were wonderful. Friendly, knowledgeable, fast and CLEAN! Youâ d barely know theyâ d been there!. And our sales person really helped us understand the best, but not most expensive windows for our house. If I need more windows they will be back!

The window installation crew were very professional, polite and answered all my questions. They thoroughly cleaned up the job site when they were done with the window installation plus they cleaned all the replacement windows as well. It immediately became clear during the window installation that the crew knew what they doing and that they genuinely liked and respected each other.. The windows look beautiful both on the inside and the outside and they really enhance the appearance of my house. We are extremely happy with the entire process of buying and having our windows installed. Josh was fantastic in helping us pick out the windows and he even came to our house on the weekend to answer some of our questions. In short the windows greatly exceeded my expectations. I will definitely reach out to Mad City Windows and Doors when I remodel my kitchen in the near future.

Itâ s 1:44 as I write this on the 4th of May, sense 8:10 am this morning two representatives/ employees of your company have given me and my mother an incredible experience, they are polite, courteous, and hardworking, and every up to this point Iâ m greatly impressed by, they have left for a lunch break, and will be returning soon, the plumber just got done with he work in the basement and the supervisor what respectful and courteous, long story short, the works not done yet but Iâ m impressed so far. Thx you MAD City window and bath for all youâ ve done so far.

Forgot to caulk in one area under a shelf in the shower. Very expensive. Good looking in the end. Paying a lot for a nice shower.

Horrible! They are super expensive and do shitty work. I had them install a new shower a month ago and they have had to come back 5 times and I'm still not happy. Their service is horrible and it takes them over a week to get back to you
