We had a yucky old tub and surround, Mad City came in, removed it all and replaced with a beautiful walk-in shower. Our installer Jeff was courteous, knowledgeable and did a great job!!

Beautiful workmanship

We used them to update our bathroom. They had a good selection of options and products and I was able to do a lot of customizing, without driving up the price which was great. The contractor that actually did the bathroom remodel work was so excellent - he made sure I was involved in the last minute design changes and that everything would work for our family. My only complaint is I wish they would do the complete project, including touching up paint and flooring. However, the shower and bath we got are absolutely amazing and I absolutely love our new bathroom!

Mad City installed about 15 replacement windows in our home. They showed up on time, were efficient, and returned for quality inspection and minor repairs needed. Very happy with the product and itâ s efficiency especially this winter season. Hope to have them return to replace other half eventually.

Happy with the crew who installed my new window. Some unexpected glitches with the project extended time to complete but they were helpful with problem solving and getting the right people out to take care of it. Very responsive and courteous. The window looks great...the window quality is ok

Mad City Windows did a great job installing our patio door. They responded quickly to my inquiry and promptly made an appointment to come give us an estimate. The salesperson wore a mask and followed proper COVID precautions. The day of installation the process went smoothly and the finished product looks great. The door is sealed well and definitely provides better insulation and energy efficiency than our prior door. I would work with Mad City Windows again on a home project

I intentionally over paid for windows in order to replace my bad and broken windows by December. After my call to company, these windows are now not arriving until the end of January. I also did more digging into Mad City which has a high number of bad reviews on Yelp on crazy prices, poor workmanship and delay in job completion. I knew I overpaid but not by 2-3 times a reputable local contractor. I can only hope the windows are the best I can ever get in my lifetime when and if installed by the end of January!!!

Mad City did a fantastic job. They removed my old bathtub and tile and installed a beautiful bath surround. I chose Arctic Ice for the pattern. It is beautiful. Love the practicality of the easy-to-clean surface. The faucet and grab bars are attractive, too. I got the metal shelves, which I like a lot. Highly recommend!

Quality work is expensive when it comes to bathtub shower conversions. I had a very unique space too which called for more custom than usual pieces
