I love my new windows! Professionally done, looks great inside and out. They took out the bad wood and replaced it. The crew worked quickly and clean up was complete.

Tbh at first there where some issues like a broken window but they replaced it no extra charge and they did a good job with installing the windows and they work great. After a couple hurdles mad city redeemed itself.

I had to speak to at least 5 different people in the prosses and communication between them wasn't always accurate. Their suppliers caused delays, in particular the glass door. First instaler was very good but had to wait a month for the doors. Not happy with door, they seem fragile and hang very loose. Expected much better for $10'000. Don't have a good idea what to expect because each process ie: sales, measuring, 'dispachers , instalers, is a different person and start over with questions.

They came to the house and installed all the windows well. All the frames fit well according to their measurements, aside from one minor error that they corrected in a timely manner. Would definitely recommend this company to install windows to other people.

They measured exactly so the install had no problems. I have a 1936 cape cod home and doorway was not standard. The new door is airtight and the best part is that no ugly storm door is needed!

They are very nice and helpful. Did a great job came back the next day to make sure everything was ok.

Mad City Windows replaced the three existing 6â x8â transom over two double hung windows with three 6â x8â transom over picture windows. The installation crew was highly skilled as well as very efficient. We would not hesitate to purchase windows for the rest of our house fromMad City.

MadCity replaced all of the windows in my house. I was very happy with the experience, from the initial sales call to the installation. There was an unavoidable delay in getting the windows (due to the pandemic) but installation went quickly and was finished in 1 day. The installers were efficient and respectful. One of my windows arrived at the warehouse damaged, but they were in contact right away and are in process of getting that window replaced. I would highly recommend working with MadCity.

They gave great explanation and had amazing examples of what the window would look like. They showed up how easy it was to open the window with just two fingers! The guy who gave us the quote was very good at selling and was a super nice person!

The windows were as we expected. We can now feel the effectiveness of the windows in terms of insulation from outside cold.

These guys did a really great job remodeling our kitchen with new countertops and a soft close doors. They also did a great job remodeling our bathroom tub with jetted jets in the tub as well as a rain shower thanks again guys

We had both of our bathrooms remodeled this past year. We really love what they did. The staff is professional and friendly. Easy to deal with. Customer Service was very responsive.

I was so impressed with the professionalism and expertise of Mad City Windows. People showed up on time. I was kept up to date on the progress, but without being flooded with annoying â fillerâ emails. The salesperson was pleasant and knowledgeable. The installer was efficient and unintrusive. The follow-up inspection was open to hearing about any complaints, of which there were none. Financing was easily arranged. What else can I say? Iâ ll be back when itâ s time to replace other windows.

They did a great job on master bath shower and new front window. Should of done sooner!

The tub and shower surround is nice and easy to clean. The showerhead that I had to pay for is junk. Had to replace it right away. Most disappointed in that they did not remove the moldy plywood - just installed over it. This also left a gap between the bottom of the surround and the floor after having the floor replaced.

We were very impressed with the quick response when we inquired about a quote for our bathtub. The sales associate was punctual, polite, and very knowledgeable. The installation is really the only reason I am giving the four star review instead of five. My brother had a tub installed and they were done around 1pm. Ours began at 8am on New Years Eve and was finished at 9pm. Had I known it would have taken so long, I would have scheduled it for a different day. The installer was clearly fatigued and repeatedly asked his superior to stay and help him, but he said he also had a really long day. I would have preferred to have them come back and finish it as a two day product, but due to the "one day guarantee" they were unable to grant that request. I would not consider a 13 hour install period one day (especially when we live in a one-bathroom household). That being said, the installer was very polite and worked hard. The overall quality I would give 4.5 stars. We have had it for almost two months now and it is so easy to keep clean and beautiful. Some of the caulk could have been a little more even and some got on the actual tub, otherwise it is absolutely perfect. I would highly recommend Mad City and plan on using them in the future for our kitchen, but would see if they could give you a timeframe based on the experience of the installer if you have time constraints or young children with bedtimes.

Mad CIty replaced my tub area including a window. They were extremely efficient (done in less than one day), cleaned up everything and were very courteous. I love my new bath!

The crew were in and out within a few hours and the new shower looks absolutely amazing!

Great to work with, was on time for both consult and install. Install happened 2 weeks prior to quote which was great, install was quick - only 1 day and he left zero mess. Would highly recommend them for a bathtub remodel.
