First we met with the consultant, who was friendly and helpful, but did not seem to fully know the product he was selling. He ended up quoting us for the wrong windows and had to fix the mistake later down the road. We never got an itemized list showing exactly what we were paying for, which seemed odd to us. But we were guaranteed windows of the highest quality so we signed the contract. The window installers ended up scratching and dinging the existing woodwork that I had to go back and fix myself. After the installation was finished I inspected the windows and noticed every window had scratches and scuffs on the pane or on the frame itself. And three of the seven screens had holes in them. I called to report the issues and they sent someone out a couple weeks later to fix the issues. One of the windows they replaced had another scratch! When I asked to speak with someone about the on going issues the only thing I was told was that they were aware of the issues and there was nothing more they could do. This was not the quality I was promised and I do not plan on buying from Mad City anytime in the future.

I got 7 new windows installed in the middle of December and installer did a great job and completed it in 2 days even though it was cold out.

They did a good job with tearing out a 60+yr old ceramic tub, tile and shower. Alot of hard work and time involved with just that part but ended up looking like our own little "spa" when it was done. Negotiated a price we were comfortable with. The workers were very efficient, hard working , friendly and professional. Shower faucet came in wrong color but was replaced quickly. Job done on 12/24/20 and have not had any problems since. Love the work that was done! Would recommend

Quality products and workmanship. Flexible payment options. We have replaced a few windows and plan to use them again for the other windows when the time comes.

Staff was friendly and professional. They were on-time and worked in the cold and rain to get the job done. The windows look great, but the quality could be better. They are difficult to lock as they have to be lined up just right which can take many attempts. If they aren't locked, there is no seal and the wind and cold comes right through.

Our new windows are great! The insulation crew was professional, respectful, and the job was done in a timely fashion. We have an old farm house and they replaced all windows, which was 27 windows. It was not a small or easy job. They did what they had to do to get the job done correctly. They even did a great job covering things and they cleaned up after themselves. I would recommend them 100%

Outstanding customer service and work. From the salesperson, to the person who came out and measured to the two installers and the office staff.
