Mad City Windows & Baths

Promises were made by the salesman and apparently not related. When I spoke with the installers, they did leave as they didn't have the parts needed. They returned a week later and everything was put right. They did alot of reconstruction around my 10 foot picture window. And I love it. Should have done this window replacement years ago. Nice people and they listened to me.

The process was very easy and the install took less than a day.

We are very happy with our front door, storm door and patio doors that we had installed. Our only complaint was with our installation. We had some things that were not done correctly, but they did someone different out to correct and repair what was done wrong.

We had a very old bathtub that needed to be changed. Mad City Windows & Baths came into my home and did an estimate. Within a short time, they crew came and installed our new bathtub to our specifications. Everything was completed in one day and the work was fantastic! We highly recommend this company!!

We absolutely LOVE our new shower! The salesman was very knowledgeable about the services and was helpful with all our questions! The contractors came in and covered our flooring so that nothing would get dirty....LOVED THAT! They were fast and did an amazing job! I would recommend getting a shower from them to anyone!!!!

Had a new front window put in. They were very responsive with any issues or questions we had. Great experience.

They not only did siding but also windows and a new bathroom shower. All installers were exceptional in doing all three projects and they were polite and cleaned up everything when they were done. We are going to have them do another project next year. Extremely satisfied.

Very professional across the board. From the Salesman, to the person who measured the door and took time to answer our questions and explain how they would remove and install the new sliding doors. Had the product that I wanted and made sure it would work.

Wonderful new windows installed! All in one day. Be aware it takes 2 months for the windows to be made after measurements. They take away all the old windows and clean up.

I love that the screens and windows have a lifetime warranty. Also the person who comes in and shows you the windows shows how much energy it keeps inside. A good way to lower your electric and gas bill.

Very pleased with my new tub/shower. It took less than 1 day to remove old tub/shower & install new. The couple that did the work showed up on time & everything was done very professionally.
