The window installers did great. They had work through a few unexpected things that always seem to come up when renovating. They actually knocked the job off a little quicker than expected. There was no mess or issues upon completion. Job No.: 864206

Our kitchen is beautiful. Dalton and Harold did a great job, kept us informed of the tasks to get done that day and cleaned up daily.

Reasonable price, quality materials, and easy and quick installation. I want to add that we get pin hole leaks with the copper piping we had. When the shower was demolished, we realized we were able to access all of the copper plumbing on our top floor. Mad City worked with and allowed us to pause so we could swap for PEX, then came back the next day and finished the job quickly. I want to call out Jake too, our installer, who was incredibly knowledgeable and professional.

he Mad City representative who came to our house to bid our tub to shower conversions was very personable and did not pressure us. He explained everything thoroughly. The install went very smoothly- the installers were courteous, communicated with us all along the way and we love our new showers. They still look brand new 4 months in and are very easy to clean and take care of.

Beautiful finish to the bath / shower! incredibly polite and informative - Mad City was great to deal with in getting our bathroom finished. Fast and clean - can't even tell they had to move the demo out and new in through the house.

The salesman was very knowledgeable. The product is excellent. The cost is very high however I believe it is due to the amount of warranty on the shower. All covered for lifetime. The project manager, Jorge was very helpful and he and his crew spotted a potential problem before it happened, diverting a crisis. He was reliable, on time for the project and informed me of anything I needed to know about the process. Debby Houston

Had another fantastic experience with Mad City! Since our kitchen remodel turned out so great, we used them when we replaced our sliding door. As usual, their materials are the best in the industry and their service is top notch!!! We got a great upgrade to what we had before! It has been such an efficient option for both heat and cold and has helped tremendously. It is a great product and I know we will use them again in the future when we decide to replace the rest of our windows! Highly recommend!!!

I recently had Mad City do a bathtub to shower conversion. The bathtub was original to the house and was showing all the wear and tear of the years. We had Mad City do replacement windows in the past and so when we decided to do this upgrade, they were the only people we wanted to contact to do the work. They were so professional last time that we felt confident that they would do a great job again. We were right and everything went very well. The sales person Mike was so friendly, not pushy and we chatted like old friends afterwards. It was no pressure at all. There was some sticker shock to be honest, but we understood walking in that the benefits of working with Mad City made the price very justified and reasonable. Once you agree to a price you don't have to worry about any hidden fees because of issues with pipes or damaged subfloors or other troubles that construction can find. You can feel secure that it will all be cared for. In our case they did a bunch of work on the pipes and it improved our water pressure!!! Bonus!!! The installer did the job in one day and we were amazed. We did have some small fine tuning that needed to be done like with most construction jobs. Once I told them it was handled very quickly and to our satisfaction. Jeff Hall the operations manager made sure that everything went smoothly and really went out of his way to make sure we had a great experience. Now we have a relaxing new shower that we can enjoy worry free for as long as we own this home and pass it along to the next owners. Its amazing to know they will be there to maintain what is now a wonderful relaxing space. We are now considering upgrading stuff in our kitchen with Mad City. We are that happy. I definitely recommend Mad City for any of their services.
