Good experience working with Mad City. Our shower remodel was done on time with no hiccups. The Installers and Plumbers were very professional, organized and kept a clean area. No mess, no hassle. Would definitely use again and recommend to family and friends. Job MC49534MK

Horrible and very amateur. The one day install turned into them coming back out to overlay it because it was horrble and the panels were scratched (they first tried sending someone to buff it out with sandpaper lol) and the glass door was on crooked and hitting the frame. On their second attempt sent 3 people out and they raised the door trying to make it even so it wouldn't hit the frame. They didn't put any caulk inside around the frame and left out the rubber seals around the glass that keeps the glass in place and keeps it from leaking. So again someone came back out. Then the door that they were attempting to fix was put on way to high and water would go straight out onto the floor. They tried saying theirs supposed to be a deflector at the bottom but was never brought with the first several attempts. It looks horrible and I have to wait for caulk to dry but I'm guessing it's going to leak. The guy we talked to about the issues said he liked negative feedback so he can fix things. MY HOME IS NOT YOUR SCHOOL.

When my home needed new windows I spent several months educating myself about replacement windows right down to the glass used. After four different vendors came to my home to discuss windows I chose Mad City windows. I like many things about the windows themselves and the warranty was the best offered of the four companies. The installation was done well by very considerate technicians. I recommend the product and the individuals I worked with from salesman to technicians.

Mad city did an amazing job installing our new windows

We love our new windows from Mad City Windows and Baths. They look great and we love that we have already noticed many postive changes since the installation. Our energy usage has significantly gone down, and the street noise is no longer present. Making our consultation appointment was simple and quick. The sales person was attentive and clearly knew his product inside and out. The installation crew was friendly and knowledgeable. They also cleaned up after themselves well. We compared Mad City to a few other window companies. We found them to be competitive price wise and we preferred their product on the whole. The windows can be taken out and cleaned from the inside and the security features are very comforting. We would highly recommend Mad City Windows.

Fantastic! Mad City got the job done quickly and efficiently. Sean was an A+ guy on the job. They even sent out some people to repair drywall, trim, and paint damage. Highly recommend.

Had my tub/shower replaced as due a stroke I had mobility issues and could not get in and out of tub alone. They installed a shower with a built in seat, hand rails, safety grab bars and hand shower attachment and shelves in one day.

Mad City Review We had an old bathtub replaced by Mad City at the end of June 2024. I wanted to wait a month before I sent my review, as I like to wait about 30 days to make sure there were no issues. I may be to cautious some times, but that is my philosophy. I will list things in order for this review. First meeting 1. The sales representative was on time for the initial appointment. 2. The representative had a great selection for styles available and let us ask questions as they came up. 3. All of my question were answered as we went along. The representative was patient with the many questions we had and knows the product. 4. The finance options were presented with clarity. 5. A price for the work was agreed on and it was clearly stated in the contract. 9. An appoint was set up and, and now I just had to wait for the one day install as explained to me. After I got a follow up call from the office, to make sure the appoint time for the install worked for us. Great customer service in my opinion. Surprise, they got the order ready early and that was great for us. We loved the shower enclosure we ordered, and we were very pleased. Day of tub replacement The installer showed up on the time we agreed on. The walk in shower was installed in a day. They took care with new plumbing, a new sheet of plywood under the shower, The shower was large enough to cover up where the old molding for the tub, new shower head was installed. They did and excellent job and I was impressed on the workman ship. Follow up I got a call from the office a few days after the install was done. They were sure I had no issues on the product or any comments about the installer and the install. Again excellent customer Service. 30 days after install. There have been no issues with the enclosure and we are very happy the product and Mad City. I am impressed and happy with this company, and I recommend Mad City with 5 stars.

Jody did an excellent job installing our new shower. He was professional, kind, thorough, and cleaned up after himself. We were very pleased with the function and look of our new shower.

Super happy with the work that Beau and Logan did. They installed 8 windows in total and even took the old bad ones away with them. They got here about 10am and they were done and gone by 3:30pm. Everything looks awesome and the windows are super easy to operate. Beau even showed me how to open them to clean them! The stuff they used to wipe them down after install also smelled really good. Thank you so much!

Went fast and they did a great job.

The job went as expected. It ended up taking two days because the Wifey wanted a window in her bathroom (shower). Happy Wifey happy Lifey. The installation crew (Plumber Matt, Window Installer (Chris) and the main man Jody were magnificent. New drop cloths covered our carpet as they cut and measured everything outside. The only disappointment was the pushy Salesman and promises made that he didn’t keep. All in all it turned out great. A few fixes need to be made but reaching out to Tyler soon will finish the project. Only thing we wanted to do was get another quote and that’s when things with The salesman went arye. Beware you have to cough up half the payment at the time of signing. Would like to have gone to a showroom to see and pick out product vs looking at a photo book and in 15 minutes Glass doors were thinner than expected.

I hired Mad City Windows to replace windows on the front of my hose. They look amazing inside and out. It's alot quieter, a reduction in glare on the tv and the temperature difference is impressive If you're looking to keep heat from the sun out, I highly recommend. Installers were professional, worked quickly and cleaned everything up! I will hire again to replace the remaining windows. As of right now they are the only contractors I can say I would rehire

Workers that refaced our cabinets were skilled, and did a good job, and cleaned up after the job was completed. They were prompt on arrival, efficient in the work during the 8 hour diay, and took pictures to show the before and after.

We are so happy with our new bath tub/shower install! The entire process was so smooth! Tanner and Levi did a great job tearing out the old tub/shower and installing the new one. They also did an immaculate job cleaning up when they were finished. We're already talking about having Mad City replace our other shower. Would definitely recommend!

From start to finish, was a smooth process. Great customer service and great product. We did a tub-to-shower conversion. So happy with the finished product. We've received a lot of compliments on our new shower! Took a bit less than 1 1/2 days. We highly recommend Mad City!
