We had a tub to shower conversion that we're very happy with. Staff were professional, courteous, accommodating to our needs, and protected the areas of our house that they needed to use. We had a small concern a couple of days after the work was completed, and it was handled well.

The team here in St. Louis did a great job with our shower renovation. They ripped out the existing tub, and installed a beautiful walk-in shower in its place! Their staff were very accommodating to our schedules and timelines as well. Definitely recommend!

We are very pleased with the shower replacement we received from Mad City. A professional job from presentation to the grab bar and shelf install at the end of the project. As you can see from the photos of the bathroom as it was when we bought the home, there was a blue tub with a shower. The step into the tub was a deep one and the old tub and walls were very difficult to clean. Mad City presented their credentials (ans I double checked on the BBB website). Once the date was set for the install, they said it likely woukd venture a 2-day job. The installer arrived on time (actually 2 minutes early) and got right to it. Finished everything at just before 4 the next day. Everything exactly as promised. I am writing the review about 5 months afterwards. No problems. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

Mad City has the most professional and thorough employees. Edwin and his team did a wonderful job and we couldn't be happier with the quality and expertise with which these windows were installed. Mad City just installed two showers in two bathrooms for us. This is the greatest company I have ever worked with. Darren was so friendly, he let us know how the procedure would go and gave us a 5 star install. Absolutely professional!! I received two other bids and Mad City was half the cost of the most expensive bid but yet their work could not be any more perfect. My hats off to this company. We had 19 windows replaced this last spring. They came and took all the measurements and had them all ready to install within just a few short months. Everything was explained clearly and if we had any questions they were answered swiftly and with in depth knowledge. Because we had so many windows install took a little longer but they were all done and cleaned up by noon on day 2! Since they were installed we have been really impressed at how much we’ve saved on our electric bill and at the noise reduction from the busy street we are on. 10/10 would recommend.

The install went great!! Everything was done less than 8hrs. Time efficient and impressed that this was handled by 1 person Andy!! The installer showed up on time and got the job done! Im very pleased how it turned out!

Mad city made our shower a dream. The work was done professionally and quickly. Don't sweat the little things as they will make sure the job is done and done well. The lifetime warranty is great, even if the caulking fails, just give them a call. I'll look to use them in the future.

After an in-home consultation with Danny and learning their product is manufactured in the USA and produced in Libertyville Il, we decided to replace our old tub/shower with a walk-in shower. It was suggested in our design to remove a soffit and a section of wall tile. The day of installation came and our installer was Marek M. He arrived at 8:00 in the morning and was very respectful of our home taking care to place drop cloths over the carpet and up the stairs leading to the bathroom. After the old tub/shower was demolished we touched base with him and learned he was not told about the soffit or tile removal. However, he listened to our expectations and very professionally made it happen! He put in some longer hours than normal to complete our project in 2 days. Marek’s attention to detail and meticulous workmanship provided us a beautiful luxury walk-in shower to enjoy.

Nate did a great job removing our old tub/shower combo and replacing it with a fabulous walk-in shower. Everyone was very professional from start to finish. We would definitely use them again.
