We had a wonderful experience with mad city windows. From Tucker the sales guy was so knowledgeable. He answered all our questions concerns and never once had to call anyone or look anything up this guy new what he was doing. When the installers showed up and we voiced our concerns with one issue that I had called a head of time to address. Cause our windows were 100 years old! They called there boss and he came rite over and they took care of the hicup with no problems!!! Adam W n Rigo J did an amazing job on our windows they were very nice and when we had questions they would both answer them with out any hesitations! When coming to the house everyday they unloaded everything they needed and CLEANED up afterwards I never found any mess. I would recommend these 2 installers to anyone as they work very well as a team!! Our windows look amazing and we live on a very busy street and don't here the cars hardly at all anymore its soo nice!!! Mad city mad our experience a good one and we highly recommend them. I was very happy with all aspects of my experience with Mad City. It was a one-day install. They removed my old moldy tub/ shower and replaced it with a beautiful walk-in shower. I was happy with my interaction from start to finish. With Vickie The sales representative to the final product with Peter my installer. I even made some last minute changes. Everyone was professional and friendly.

Highly recommend. Everyone we came into contact with was very professional knowledgeable. We had one big window replaced in our living room theydid a great job. Warranty is absolutely great. We need out other windows replaced we will be returning customers.

The project went great the men were efficient, they arrived on time and asked questions along the way so that things were done the way I wanted them. When the project was done, they cleaned up the mess inside as well as outside and wiped things down. I would work with Mad City again.

Josh and Luke were onsite to replace some of our windows. They were fantastic, polite courteous and professional. You are never sure what to expect when strangers are in your home, and these guys exceeded my expectations. They arrived on time and kept me updated on the progress and cleaned up, it was like they were never there. I couldn't have handpicked a better team. They even fixed a flaw in the frame of one of my windows. The windows are beautiful and everything we wanted.

Larry did a great job installing our new tub and shower surround. He had incredible attention to detail, was very respectful of me and my family during his install, and he worked hard and had it completed quickly without cutting corners. The new product looks great, and he explained clearly how to take care of it from here out. Thanks, Larry!

Larry did the most amazing job on our new shower. He did a very clean and professional job from the demolition of our old tub to laying drop down cloths the whole way to the bathroom. The 2 man crew made quick work of the demolition, plumbing and clean up the first day. The install on day 2 went smoothly. I was impressed with Justin as he worked to complete the plumbing and install the tub and tub surround. I would recommend Mad City Window and Bath to anyone looking to update their bathroom.

We got our kitchen done several weeks ago and absolutely LOVE it!! The before & after is amazing, and they took the time to ensure EVERY little detail was perfect — including ordering 2 new doors with such minor flaws, the installers had to point them out to us. Nate & Sam did a phenomenal job, and the entire process was simple and efficient from start to finish, including timely communication throughout. We love spending more time in our kitchen now! Plus, all work and products are guaranteed for life, which extends to new homeowners should we sell our home. We can’t recommend Mad City enough!

We had an old tub replaced and shower installed, I guess they call it a complete wet space renovation. There is a window in the make shift shower we had, which has been a pain to keep sealed throughout the years. We now actually have a beautiful new 17" deep tub and a real shower, new plumbing! The window was completely redone as they took the whole area down to studs and replaced everything. It looks beautiful now and will not require any upkeep since it is completely waterproof. Our installer Elijah Ortiz was polite and always keep us informed on the installation process and did one h*** of a job, very professional. (Thank you very much Elijah!) The plumber was also a great person and professional, pardon me but I cannot remember his name. We are very pleased with our new tub and shower, I would recommend Mad City for this kind of work.

Had a good experience with our installer Ronnie from Mad City. He came in did a great job and probably left our bathroom cleaner than what he walked into. The new tub and surround really made our bathroom look so much nicer. We appreciate Ronnie’s hard work and attention to detail.
