Mad City has great people working with them. The guys where respectful, careful and do a quick job.

The sales experience was informative and comprehensive. The installation process was flawless and took one day. Actually, less than one day. The installers were personable, professional and efficient. I am very pleased with the final product. It is bright and clean looking. Every aspect of the tub to shower project was a joy.

My window install was done by ABS James Armstrong. I'm very happy with how everything turned out, this is my second project with Mad City and the guys always do a good job and act professionally while on site. The only issue I have is now is that I might need new doors, since my old doors now look tacky next to the very nice new windows 🙃 -Rob Reynolds

I feel the product is excellent, for the most part customer service was good, with an exception. When the first sales person came out it took over 5 hours during midafternoon into dinner time. Honestly, I just wanted him to get to how much it was going to cost us and leave. Because of that I didn’t read the contact word for word, nor did we have enough time to truly design the space I was hoping for. We had to make a decision that night, pay half down or at least some money to “lock in” the lower price that was quoted to us. I feel we should have received at least 48 hours to decide if we should move forward. Once installation started, which the installer was excellent and ver professional, I seen two issues. The major issue was the shower pan. I specifically wanted and needed a 1 1/2 pan, I received a 4 inch. Second issue was the color of the “niche” I ordered and designed it with a white niche. We received a brown, which honestly was nice except when they put the “cap” on our knee wall, that was white. So at first I thought ok, but nope, too much colors going on here.

Install was super fast! Josef and Cody were friendly and courteous. Explained everything that was going to happen during the day. They definitely went over and above and way exceeded my expectations!! Love my new shower!! Highly recommend!!

Above and beyond! The whole experience was an unexpected blessing. Felt that we were treated fairly price wise, and the work completed was of top quality. Also got it done faster then expected with only a few week wait before the job was started. Thank you Mad City, we love our new shower!!

I was so happy with every aspect of this project. Coolidge came and walked me through every detail of what I was looking for and then barely a month later, Larry came to put the whole beautiful shower together! I’m so happy and would recommend Mad City, and especially Coolidge and Larry, for a project!!!

Mitch the sales rep came and provided a wonderful demo and was patient with our kids and our mess. Then the two guys who installed came and completed the work in two days! The windows are beautiful and we’re finally able to actually open windows we never thought we’d be able too!

Highly recommend! Steven and Dom were so professional and so helpful, they even took the time to talk to my 4 year old and answer all of her questions during the process. We love the new windows and the view is so great I sometimes have to reach out and touch them just to make sure they're actually closed!

The job was done with professionalism, and a responsible crew. The crew was very neat and clean and their attitude was great. Even when things weren't working for them. They worked together to figure it out. I really appreciated the guys who worked for us.

My in-laws had their windows done through Mad City earlier this year. When we scheduled our consultation with Zach, I honestly had no intention of actually having the windows done because of the cost. I am so glad we did! I can tell already how much of an impact the windows have on the temperature in the house and the noise reduction. Our windows were almost 80 years old and beyond the end of their life. The installation team was kind and professional. I can't believe how quickly the work was done! The work is beautiful, and my house looks more beautiful than ever. The installation of our new walk in shower was explained to us at each step and we were treated with respect by the installer.

We’re happy with the changeover from an old tub/ shower to a walk in shower. Clean. And fresh; think it will be easy to keep clean . All done in 8 hours and were kept informed during the process.

They were so friendly and very concerned about making sure they didn’t cause any harm to my home. They were very mannerly and their work speaks for itself.

Everything was great, from the salesmen to the installer. Salesmen: He wasn't pusy, listened to everything we had to say. Didn't try to sell us things we didn't need. Installer: Travis was early, liked that. He explained everything he doing as he as he went along. He did a great job for not having a big space to work with. We would hire Mad City again.

All of the guys for Mad City did a fantastic job! They were personable, left the area clean, and went above by moving our beds back for us! We love our windows and would recommend them to anyone! Tonishia Dockstader

Mad city made our installation very easy to follow and only took about half a day to do 3 bedroom windows and a large bay window. The sales rep was very knowledgeable and answered any of the questions we had, very much looking forward to no more drafting windows!
