From the presentation to the time the project started and ended, everything went exactly as it was explained. There were no issues working with the company, and we are extremely happy with the end results.

Turn around was so quick - we love our new shower. We had a small issue with plumbing. Someone came back the very next day and fixed it.

Our bathroom shower was badly in need of attention. We made arrangements for Mad City to replace it. On the appointed day two professional installers, Dylan and Austin, arrived at our home at 8:00 a.m. They tore the shower area down to the studs in order to mitigate any potential mold and other issues. They installed quality new materials, working until about 5:00 p.m. Our bathroom was cleaned up, left in pristine condition when the two young men left. Our new shower is beautiful!

The o stall of my new walk in. Shower was so easy! It took about 6 hours. The installer, Larry, was very professional and kept me informed if had any questions.. He asked my input on the bars and shelf placement. I've been using it for about 2 weeks now and I just love it.

60s Single Pane windows to 2024 Triple Pane Windows! From start to finish the experience was amazing. We were approached by a younger gentleman asking about our current windows. We knew we had older windows and we had already been talking about future ideas to get them done. He set up an appointment with a sales rep, and we met with him the following week. I didn't expect a super low price, but I was actually pleasantly surprised for a full install what they could do for me. We placed the order to be installed within the 6-8 week schedule time. The experience once again was amazing with the installers not only did they explain everything, but they ran through things with me asking questions just to double check all the information. The install was completed in two days and we now have windows we can trust to keep us cool in the summer and hot in the winter. Cool thing the day they were installed within the first couple hours I already could tell the AC was running about 1/3 of the time if not less. Our windows before were single pane and built in the 60s..... We are more than happy with our windows and will be recommending these to anyone who is in a similar situation!~

I am very pleased with the professionalism and product received from Mad Windows. Jon Krocke did a great job with the install. He did not try to rush the job, but instead took his time (2 days per bathroom) to ensure the work was done properly and that I was happy with the results. Steve and Rick were very professional and asked how I wanted things like grab bars and shelves placed. They did a great job including me in all decisions. The clean up was wonderful. Brad, the salesman, delivered everything he promised.
