It only took a day and a half to install my walk-in tub. I love it. They arrived on time and did an excellent job. Every member of the crew went the extra mile. I am so glad I contacted them.

This is before and after! They literally redid a whole shower bath and walls in less than eight hours! Travis Lewis and his crew did an amazing job and I definitely recommend them. They kept everything clean during the installation too. And if you zoom in the picture you can see the precise caulking especially around the window. That's always the ugliest part of a bathroom IMO. Its beautiful and the picture doesn't do it justice. Plus the microban material used for the walls has been so easy to keep clean even with Kaukauna's hard water. Mad City's Nick removed our outdated tub and replaced it with a modern shower in a day. My wife and I could not be happier with the result. Although the price of my tub to shower conversion was quite high, a LOT of things were considered before making the choice. This house is over 135 years old and the tub and tile had been hiding who knows what for probably 8 decades or more so the guarantee that they would fix any and everything that was bad or wrong was a big big factor, then, most of the time, when you buy something cheap, you get something cheaply made and of little quality, thats not the case here. Next was the lifetime guarantee, thats something else coming from a company that will be here in the future. When you add that all up, I decided better costed more for good reason and I don't mind paying for it. But then comes the installer Matthew, he and his partner (?)Darren(?) were the best workers, they were ready with answers to any of my questions, they were always on the positive never finding fault or talking negatively about anything that they had to remedy, only finding the positive side of the problem. And I would like to give a special thank you to Kaylee Rodenkirch for being there on the phone and email to get me updated with any information or to answer a question whenever I had one. I’m very pleased with this patio door. The installation took about five hours from start to finish and Braden and Henock did a great job. The installation and trim work are excellent and they removed all the debris and cleaned the work area. It’s like having a picture window and our view of the woods behind the house is beautiful. Mad City Windows and Baths recently refaced my kitchen cabinets. I was overjoyed with the results and very satisfied with the level of service from the entire team. I think it is rare today to find a business with a group of individuals who work hard and show pride in their work. It started with Dante who helped me plan the kitchen update. He took the time needed to explain the company and their products. Next Alex was the guy who finalized the measurements. I can't say enough about the experienced crew of Cody, Christian, and Ben. They were professional, careful and complete. They explained the soft touch closure system of the cabinets and drawers and showed me the rails and springs so I understood exactly how they operate. Their customer service is great. They communicate very well. Everyone that has helped us was very nice and professional from start to finish. They use good quality material. The installer put drop cloths on the floor. He even cleaned up before he left. We had a snag with the bath tub. They fixed the situation due to the installer and his quick thinking. Mad City installed a new tub and tub surround for us. There were some special considerations for our project which included them having to build a new wall for the back of the surround and also they had to cover a window. They are very thorough from presenting what I could have for my shower, the process, windows, etc. They double check on things right in front of you, are friendly, professional, yet down to earth people. I am so happy I got it down. My tub was removed and replaced with a simple walk in shower.

Mad City was an excellent company to work with from the beginning. Our job was to remodel an existing, small walk-in shower because of its cracked and dirty tile. The sales rep was nice and informative and the products/sounded excellent beyond expectations. Work began 4-6 weeks after that initial visit which was sooner than expected. Charles and Loyd installed everything incredibly well and their work was extremely thorough. They were also respectful of our house (using drop cloths, cleaning, minimizing dust). The work took 2 full days,which including taking the walls down to the studs and redoing insulation and plywood. We're really happy with the results! No worry of leaks, damage or mold any more! The one caveat is that you'll pay more for work and products like this. However, you get what you pay for and wont have to worry about having to hire other contractors come and fix the job. Great job Mad City! If we have to redo anything in the other bathrooms, i know exactly who to call.

They had the best pricing for the quality of their product. Very thorough follow-up throughout the whole process. The installers were great. We had a couple of minor issues they had to fix.

Joe and Austin did a fantastic job installing our 2nd story replacement windows and rear patio door. Being a retrofit, they were able to adapt the new installation while correcting previous work for everything to fit properly.

Ryan, Bradley, and Christian all did a fantastic job! They were timely, energetic, pleasant to work with, and professional. The cabinets look SO much better than they did before. They also helped to fix some peeling of my laminate floors and secure them under the cabinet footers. Ryan, Bradley, and Christian all went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. They took the time to correct some items I was particular about and made sure to get the job done quick and clean. As far as I'm concerned, they all deserve to be paid more for this kind of quality. I would recommend this crew to anyone looking for quality work. Thank you all!
