We love our Mad City tub/shower. Our shower remodel was made easy and timely with a one day install. The crew did an amazing job updating our plumbing fixtures and shower. They cleaned up their work space before leaving both in our basement and bathroom area. We highly recommend this option for your bath or shower update. Their follow up customer service is also excellent.

We converted a shower/tub module to a walk-in shower. The shower installation was a great success. The whole process went smoothly and as planned. The install only took one day, about 8 hours, and the next day was ready to use. Customer service was very helpful when needed. I would consider hiring this company to do work in the future.

Had a stand up shower put in to replace our old tub. Got it done in one day, and it looks and works great!

I had a walk-in shower installed in a second floor bathroom. This required the removal of a bathtub and ceramic tile. The technician did a fabulous job, arrived on time each day, and cleaned up before leaving. I love my new shower! I would definitely recommend Mad City. They came on time. They took out the old tub and shower took away. All the stuff cleaned up. Everything even swept the floor. The people were so nice the young men and it is a gorgeous shower and I would recommend mad City to anyone.

Much more delayed than it should have been. Countertop was cracked before install. First install team was great so did a temporary install. Second team awful.—- dishonest about damage he caused. Working with their customer service rep was not smooth and should have been a lot better. We finally got resolution and are happy with the results now. Cody was great. We did get a reduction of price due to issues. We still are not quite done as there second team seems to have lost court back splash so that has to be reordered. Hopefully done in another two weeks.

This is before and after! They literally redid a whole shower bath and walls in less than eight hours! Travis Lewis and his crew did an amazing job and I definitely recommend them. They kept everything clean during the installation too. And if you zoom in the picture you can see the precise caulking especially around the window. That's always the ugliest part of a bathroom IMO. Its beautiful and the picture doesn't do it justice. Plus the microban material used for the walls has been so easy to keep clean even with Kaukauna's hard water. Mad City's Nick removed our outdated tub and replaced it with a modern shower in a day. My wife and I could not be happier with the result. Nick and Tanner (plumber) were as professional and considerate as they come. This was my second experience with Mad City (they did my windows almost 2 years ago) and I'd use them again should the need arise. Steve Overbeck

Although the price of my tub to shower conversion was quite high, a LOT of things were considered before making the choice. This house is over 135 years old and the tub and tile had been hiding who knows what for probably 8 decades or more so the guarantee that they would fix any and everything that was bad or wrong was a big big factor, then, most of the time, when you buy something cheap, you get something cheaply made and of little quality, thats not the case here. Next was the lifetime guarantee, thats something else coming from a company that will be here in the future. When you add that all up, I decided better costed more for good reason and I don't mind paying for it. But then comes the installer Matthew, he and his partner (?)Darren(?) were the best workers, they were ready with answers to any of my questions, they were always on the positive never finding fault or talking negatively about anything that they had to remedy, only finding the positive side of the problem. And I would like to give a special thank you to Kaylee Rodenkirch for being there on the phone and email to get me updated with any information or to answer a question whenever I had one. We got a new shower, the services were great and the shower is beautiful.

I’m very pleased with this patio door. The installation took about five hours from start to finish and Braden and Henock did a great job. The installation and trim work are excellent and they removed all the debris and cleaned the work area. It’s like having a picture window and our view of the woods behind the house is beautiful.
