The planning and contractor execution went flawlessly, as did the arranged financing. In fact, the only area of any contention was a misunderstanding on my part about a change in installation method. I had assumed the new windows would be exterior flush but these were set up for interior flush. Not a huge deal, as with everything there are trade-offs. We gain better thermal properties but the cats loose their windowsills.

Our sales rep was very helpful. He arrived on time, answered all our questions, was patient while I crunched numbers, offered as many discounts as possible including military, gave a variety of financing options, and gave my spouse and I private space while we discussed whether or not to move forward. Phone calls and email communication was timely and appropriate. I'm still giving them an A for punctuality even though our installation day had a hitch and needed to be rescheduled due to a complication with an installation prior to ours. Things happen and if I had been the other guy, I would feel better knowing the installation crew didn't rush through my installation just to get to the next one. During the entire day the crew communicated with my spouse to keep him updated on their ETA. They were still planning to come out hours after the scheduled time but I asked to reschedule because it was raining and getting dark. In order to not miss another day of work, the crew agreed to come out that Saturday, first thing in the AM to install. They then arrived right on time. They were respectful, quiet (obviously with exception to noise from a window installation), and cleaned up their work space. There was very little in and out of the home (the windows did happen to be just feet away from the front door) and they gave us a quick wrap-up on paperwork before leaving. Including reminding us to peel the sticker off the window for tax purposes next year. We need to replace all the windows in our home, but these almost floor to ceiling windows were REALLY bad. We could keep canned beverages cool just by placing them next to the window! After the installation, we actually had to turn our heat down because our house was that much warmer - even in the back bedrooms. Considering these are Northern exposure windows not receiving sunlight, I was impressed. Very excited to see what happens when we replace them all. A few key selling points included the window demonstrations compared to others, a debt free company, transferable warranty, lifetime damage replacement, screen replacement, an interest free financing promotion, and being able to break-up multiple window installations over the course of 2-years without our quoted price going up. In fact, it will go down on the next round because we will be returning customers! This really allowed us to buy high-quality windows without taking on a monthly payment we couldn't afford.

Fantastic. The finished product was better than I had hoped. Employee was extremely professional and courteous, and delivered on every detailed aspect I requested. In and out in 1 day was a bonus as it the only shower in the house.

Overall, very good. The salesperson was accommodating and knowledgeable. Measurer was friendly and competent. Several incentives were given (Starbucks gift card for scheduling quote, restaurant gift card upon purchase. Unfortunately, gift card for restaurant was worthless - nowhere we'd want to eat. That seems slimy. Sales said they could do a Saturday install but when they called to actually schedule, office said they don't do Saturday installs. Told me how they have to pay the installers more, etc ... not my issue. When Saturday install was scheduled, the installer canceled after we had been waiting for him to arrive (said it was an emergency but regardless, we had removed shades and curtains and moved furniture) and wanted to come back on Sunday. Overall the work done was good and as expected. If there were options for outside trim color, we weren't offered any - it's white and looks okay but wish it blended better. Obviously, replacement windows. The screens seem flimsy so I hope they hold up. Windows are easy to remove and clean. We have new windows. They are better than the ones that rotted out and these will not do that. However, it's wasn't the most positive experience for as much money as we spent.

Well overall, it is too soon to know what the savings are but they look nice. The windows could be cleaned better of mfg debris but the seem to be sealed well and improve the appeal of the home. They unknowingly knocked in a retaining wall but did not put it back together. But the windows were installed according to the agreement and in the determined timeline.

It went really well. The two men who replaced the windows were very polite and respectful, they cleaned up after themselves, they answered any questions we had respectfully and they didn't make you feel like you had to be quiet because they were working. They were very amazing workers and I would highly recommend them again

The entire process from the estimate to the final installation went well. The Mad City personnel called prior to their arrival and were all on time. The installation work was all completed within about 6 hours. During removal and installation all of the interior floors were covered. All debris and construction waste was totally removed and the work areas were vacuumed upon completion of the project. All Mad City employees were very courteous. About a week after installation, a minor leak was detected. Mad City responded the same day they were notified and immediately corrected the problem.

Mad City Windows did a great job. The salesman was really good and knowledgeable and explained everything very well. He was a little "high pressure" wanting to get the sale done that night, but did explain that I could cancel within 3 days if I so chose to do so. It was after 3 days and after thinking more about it I decided to wait on some of the windows and it was no problem. They sent another rep out with the guy who does the measuring to be sure I was getting what I wanted and they gave me a great price. The installers were very professional and cleaned up after themselves wonderfully. They weren't able to finish the job on the first day because they hadn't brought a long enough ladder, but did show up a few days later and finished the job. The installer even helped me patch some holes in my stucko siding free of charge. I had asked him how to do it and he said once he had a long enough ladder he would patch it and it looks great. Very friendly, knowledgeable and professional workers. Was able to ask them a few questions about future projects and they were able to answer in good detail all while still keeping a good working pace which seems to be getting rare these days.

From the moment we met with our sales person to the moment the workers left our house the experience was an A+. When we met with Joe Jacobson and he took the time to walk thru our house and look at the windows and then show us what would work best for us- we knew we had called the right place. Joe told us all about the company and gave us all the details about the work being done. Joe promised we would have quality workers at our house and he was right. Jesse and his crew showed up right on time to get started. Jesse introduced himself and we walked thru the house and he re-measured everything, just to double check and I really appreciated that extra attention to detail. His crew was very polite and worked hard. They never left a mess and vacuumed up the dust as they did each window. They did not leave one bit of debris, they took the old windows and screens with them, it was really great. When they were all finished- they did all my windows in 4 hours- Jesse showed me all the new windows. He explained their features and and when he saw a smudge on a window he asked one of the guys to re-clean it. That is attention to detail! I just can't say enough great things about Mad City Windows. I even made Jesse and his crew some homemade chocolate chip cookies to say thanks!

They arrived on time. Were very courteous from start to finish. Very clean and had all windows replaced in one day. They assisted in removing all window coverings and put back up for us when finished. Tarps were laid down throughout the house to protect our carpeting and floors. Everything on outside of home was picked up as if they were never here. They took care not to disrupt outside landscaping. Just very pleased overall. Would recommend to everyone.

They were prompt with returning phone calls and the workers showed up on time. The turn around time was fast from the time we ordered to the time the work started They replaced all our windows in one day and when they left they made sure they cleaned everything!

The installers completed the job and totally cleaned up after themselves within a few hours. Very efficient, professional and respectful. I couldn’t be happier with my new windows from Mad City. I had three picture windows and seven standard size windows replaced in my ranch home in Greenfield. Jesse and his crew showed up promptly at the scheduled 8 am start time and had the job completely done in less than 6 hours! The windows look great. Any and all concerns I had were taken care of immediately. The installers were obviously professionals they all moved seamlessly around the house like a well oiled machine. When they were done you wouldn’t know anyone was there at all, every piece of trim and nails was gone, the only change was 10 new beautifully installed windows. While researching companies for the window job I read many negative online reviews about Mad City but I noticed that no one who reviewed negatively actually got the windows! Yes I am sure that Mad City is not the cheapest avenue for windows but between the quality of the product, the professionalism of the sales, support and installation staff, the value I received is worth the price.
