From day one with talking to the salesman thru the day of installation everything went smoothly. They finished the install in one day and left the area very clean and tidy. We are so pleased with the result. A week after the install, we decided we wanted another grab bar installed. We live 80 miles from the dealer. We were thinking we would pick it up and install it ourselves. They said no need to drive in for it, they would bring one out and install it at no additional charge. The only thing we paid was the price of the bar. Next day they were here and installed the bar. They really take care of you and want you to be completely satisfied. We are.

Excellent. The carpenter assigned to overseeing this project was above average in knowledge and expertise. He also excelled in making sure I was informed and comfortable with his work. Billing and product paperwork were my only negative issues. Had to drive 26 miles to sign completion paperwork and obtain the warranty.

The crew arrived earlier than expected and they were done in less than 2 hours ( 3 men total). They removed our old windows and disposed them for us, installed the new ones and cleaned after themselves. We decided to eliminate our bay/bow window and have a flat one instead. It was done very well. Because of the old installation, once the bay/bow window was removed the exterior wall was exposed with no siding. They made sure it was all covered with the same plastic material they used on the windows trims, so the insulation and wood would stay dry until we installed new siding ourselves. They told us we should call them once we've done that, so they can come back and finish the big window's trim (for no extra charge). This was very thoughtful of them. We also loved that fact that they gave us a lifetime warranty - anytime a window breaks regardless of the reason, they will come and change it for free. They offered us a 0% APR payment plan and we accepted (as we were not really planning on spending money in the first place but that was the turning point for us). The best part, we had about 5 months grace period for the monthly payments. On top of that, they gave us a few $25 and $50 gift cards and a $500 friends and family gift card toward any future service just because we completed a couple of reviews online. The sale rep was amazing, he really knew how to sell :) We are very happy with the choice we've made and will definitely recommend their business to our friends.

Excellent!!! Professional, great workmanship and the people from start to finish were wonderful. Great experience. Will be hiring again once I can afford to replace more windows and doors.

Crew was great to work with and we're on time and cleaned up after themselves. Warranty process was easy had to have 2 pains replaced and they were very good with that. Everyone has been pleasant to work with only thing I wish would have been different is the sales man said he'd be back out to check on everything when it was all done to see how they did he never came back or even called. In the photo all the windows on the front of the house were replaced at there's 3 you can't see.

Installers were very friendly and professional. It took a great deal of work to remove the very large jetted tub-saw it in pieces-and carry it out. The finished product is beautiful, functional, and the envy of all who see it. The bathroom was left spotless.

Mad City was great from the first call to set up the consultation to the day guys finished my shower. I'm pretty sure my bathroom was cleaner when they finished the install than before they started. I have a dog at home and the reps and contractors from Mad City that came to our house were all dog friendly, which is a total bonus for me.

It went well, we had some issues that they addressed immediately and kept to their word and stood by their product and installation.

The day of the scheduled installation they called to say they had a scheduling conflict and set a new date. The new scheduled date came and they arrived on time. A phone call told us they were on their way. Two installers arrived and they went to work right away. As they proceeded they informed us as what they were doing and asked us if we had any questions. When finished they went over the features and how everything worked. I had asked if they could caulk around the bathroom sinks and the installer said not a problem and he would gladly do it. I was amazed at how nice of a job they did in cleaning up the work area. The installers were friendly and very helpful.

It went well. They were in and the same day. The only error was grab bar was put on wrong end of tub and they used the old drain plumbing instead of putting in new as they had said they would do.
