Very fast! Very happy with the work done.

They were very quick, respectful of my home and did an excellent job at completion.

The window was replaced with with no residuals. Besides the new window, there was no evidence that they were even in or around our house. They did a wonderful job cleaning up any mess they may have made.

After getting the scheduling issues fixed everything went wonderful. We love our new shower.

It went very well. The men who installed the windows worked efficiently, were courteous, and did a very nice job cleaning up - including leaving our front porch looking a lot neater than before they came.

EXCELLENT. From salesman to quality assurance and everything in between, Mad City Windows was great. They weren't pushy in selling and presented options for lowering their price, as well as great financing options. Every person we came into contact with was professional, and made me and my wife feel like they truly cared about giving us the best experience possible. They were able to schedule us in a timely manner and were very easy to get in contact with in person, by phone, and by email. The instal crew was amazing; they were punctual, courteous, hard-working, and FAST! They cleaned up both inside the house and outside. The windows themselves are great quality, look fantastic, are easy to operate, and very efficient. We also received extra perks that we're truly unexpected and show again how much this company cares about keeping the customer happy. We will recommend this company to anyone seeking services they offer, and will certainly use them for ourselves in the future.

We were most disappointed with the installation process. We were encouraged to take a day off of from work and were promised the installation would be complete in one day. The majority of the installation was done in three days, but was not satisfactory, including all trim being installed without being stained. Screens were also installed incorrectly and were the wrong size. We've now had workers at our home on five different occasions trying to finish this "one day" job.

Price of windows were too high. The gift card sucked. You were to use a $60 gift card, a restaurant card but the only places in my area that would take the card were bars.

The process went well. It was accomplished in one day. There was a little delay, maybe an hour, because the subcontracted plumber was late. The two installers did a great job.

They did the work just fine, took them longer than expected but the work itself was good. However when they left, I had my brand new in the box unlocked Samsung S7Edge with head set, sim card, power supply stolen by either one of them or all of them. The phone was in a bedroom off the bathroom tucked away under a tv stand. They or he had to go into that room and look around and basically was casing the place.The phone was not visable unless they he was looking to steal. I called the Supervisor, owner, and office right away , Supervisor called me back said he would search the truck but did not believe me, I called the police and filed a report of THEFT. No one othet then them were in the house. The phone was in the bedroom before they got there, it was never touched by me and when they left it was gone. $800.00 value and when talked to the owner he basically said hes upset but its my word against his crew that say no way.

Excellent. Workmen were punctual, courteous and professional. The two men that had been working together for five years and their teamwork really showed and was impressive.

Very well from purchasing to installation

It went great. 2 guys, 4 hours, no mess and they look beautiful.

We met with the Mad City representative and he went through all of the options and provided us the costs. Then, another person came out to do the measurements and take pictures. They scheduled the install date around 5 to 6 weeks after our initial meeting. Everyone was very professional and they kept us informed and up to date. The install crew was very punctual and professional. They explained the work they were doing and asked us questions to make sure we got the look we wanted. They also sent out a quality control person to check on how our job was going.

Our experience was a great one. Installation, thanks to Mike and Marty, went smoothly. They were very courteous and friendly, cleaned up after, and now we have a beautiful new, large front window that opens on both sides for air and that cleans easily. Love it and the lifetime warranty.

They were scheduled to come between 8:00-10:00 AM, and they showed up at 7:50 AM. They finished faster than I ever expected for being a three man crew. My windows look amazing, and I actually feel somewhat sentimental about the clear view of the rose bush outside my office now. I haven't yet had an opportunity to assess utility bill changes, but general comfort in our home has improved (the living room was always bleeding heat and we're better now, et al.). The ease of the windows opening and the ability to clean all sides are just icing on the cake! We spent about $18K on this project, but for what these windows can do it was well worth it.

Everything went very well. They arrived at 8am and job was completed at 6pm. The two brothers worked well together and they were very careful to do a professional job and asked for my input if they had any questions.

Mad City was great from start to finish. They were prompt, very professional, and respectful while at and in my home. The install team we had was a well oiled machine! They worked so well together and did a thorough job. Very pleased with everything.

Installation took 2 days total for completion. The crew was excellent, they cleaned up both the inside and outside and took the time to make sure they cleaned every corner. The new window and doors are a major improvement not only in cosmetic appearance but also in terms of drafts/function. Everyone was courteous and professional. They were very respectful of our home while they were here.They also took the time to show us their work and answered all of our questions. They made sure we were happy with the work before they left. We will be hiring Mad City Windows for our next remodel.

The service was excellent and was completed within one day so I could use my shower again the next morning. The guys were very personable, any issues they ran into they asked me how I'd like them to over come the issue. They also introduced themselves to me right away when they arrived.
