Excellent. The installation team came on time at 8 am and began work shortly thereafter. They put down painter's tarps in the areas that they were trafficking and were respectful of the spaces. The job was complete at 3:30 pm. They cleaned up well upon completion and the finished product looks really nice and operates very well. There were some funky aspects of the existing conditions like the available space for supply vent and the location of the window and the installers did a good job of working around those constraints and producing a good-looking, functional result. I give them 5's on everything except for the price. I'm not an expert on hiring contractors for work, but this seemed more expensive than what I expected. However, having completed some home improvement projects myself, I understand the value of getting it done in one day. I also believe that their product was of good construction and value. I did have some small issues with the project (they weren't substantial enough to affect my ratings, but may be important for others): 1. I wanted to spec the showerhead height during the proposal step, but I was advised to discuss with the installation team on the install day. Well, I was trying to work from home that day and forgot to do so. They did manage to raise the height of the showerhead above where it had been previously, but I wish I had been able to just say initially that I want the showerhead at __ inches off the floor. 2. There were some small dings in the ceiling drywall from installing the shower wall panels. These were very minor and nothing a teaspoon of vinyl putty and paint can't fix. Notes: Thanks to my own crummy caulk job from a couple years ago, some paint came up when removing the existing shower surround. This is reason for the pink paint seen on the left-hand side of the first picture.

The company sells an excellent product that was hands down a much better product. The installation crew was very professional and did and excellent job of wrapping all my windows and even finished wrapping my french door that I installed earlier this year. I plan to do an addition to my house next year so they will be back to add on to the existing windows.

Very neat, efficient. From the explanation and estimate to the great thoughtfulness and professionalism of the installing crew. Fairly large project completed in a little less than two days.

The workers arrived earlier than expected and finished earlier than expected. The workers were professional and answered all of my questions while completing the job. They even allowed me to take pictures throughout the project completion. There was one issue several weeks after and the company sent a staff person to my house the next day. I have now had the product for 6 months with no other issues. Besides the beautiful quality of the bath system, cleaning is a breeze!! I am extremely happy with my decision to have Mad City Windows complete this home improvement project and would highly recommend.

Horrible. The installer (1 of 2) was annoying using the term "yes mam, yes sir" in an extremely sarcastic way. He cracked a floor tile and first denied it then admitted to it but said it had hairline cracks anyway and added "I was told you would replace the floor anyway" Then he got rude and also threatened to walk off the job knowing we needed to move a parent in that week. We called 3 times and emailed twice. I spoke with 3 different people from Mad City about lowering the shower head wand so my mother and reach it. I have never to date received a call or email back even though she promised to get in touch with me asap. This has been going on for 3 weeks. Service after the sale seems nonexistent. The installer also was rushing so much (it was a Friday) he wouldn't allow us to decide where to put grab bars. He said he is on a time frame and he needs to know now even though he was there 2 hours longer and the grab bars could be installed anytime (even today) with no problems. Needless to say we are very unhappy. Mad City just emailed me telling me I need to give the reviews. I told him that its not a good idea at this point and I explained I am waiting for a call about the shower wand. he said he would look into it. That was 1 week ago.

It went great the installers were very polite and did a great job of installing our new windows. They insulated around the windows so w shouldn't have any draft.

Mad City Windows did a fantastic job. They finished there work quicker than what was expected. They also cleaned everything up and brought someone back a couple days later to make sure everything was done right.

A subcontracted crew had questions when it came to installation time. A full-time crew was brought in and there was no problem. Mad City stayed after everything until we were satisfied!

Wonderful, the quality is so high. We are getting return in our investment on our newly purchased house.

Salesman prior to the one who had to come back out wrote up wrong king of wall covering. Then we had a reschedule which i had to reschedule my work time off. Wanted to reschedule again but i refused. Then was told by contractor afyer they took my old tub out we might want to go to menards to figure out what to do witb the gap between out tile floor and the tub. Thank god for Travis the field supervisor who came out to fix the problem.

We recently replaced all 18 of our windows, upgraded our front door to include two sidelights and replaced our patio door with Mad City Windows. From the first meeting with the salesman, to the completion of the VERY MINOR items, everyone treated us professionally and with respect. We had a very big project that spanned over a couple of days, workers were always at the house early in the morning and when they left each night, everything was cleaned up at the work site! We have already see a difference in our utility bill because the products are so much more efficient than what we previously had in our home. We will be looking to replace our roof in the next two to three years and Mad City will be our first call!

It went extremely well. The sales individuals and company worked around my situation in order to make sure everything was as convenient as possible for me.

The process was smooth and actually fun. From the original phone call until the product was installed. Every one was vey professional and personable. The product is awesome. Kevin and his crew of two did a great job. They arrived on time and got most of the work done all in a day. Kevin needed to come back the next day to finish up a few details as there where a few unexpected snafus on the day of install but everything looks GREAT!!!

I am extremely pleased with Mad City windows! The salesman was not pushy, the installers were punctual, clean and professional and I LOVE my new windows! I feel like the price might've been higher than other services (my neighbors had new windows installed for about half what I paid) but, in my opinion, my windows are much higher quality. The only issue I had was a slight snafu upon scheduling but the company pulled installers from Green Bay to make sure the job was completed. I'm only sorry I didn't replace my windows sooner!

They were terrible. I took advantage of a coupon to have a guy come give me an estimate for windows. Over the telephone, they said the presentation would take an hour. Once he got his foot in the door, he admitted it would take two hours. Of course we had to go somewhere, so it was awkward. He claimed he would come back and continue the following week. At the appointed time, someone else showed up and started over from the very beginning. So it was a long sales presentation of all of the technology of windows and so on. I told them it wasn't going to work out right now. They had $50 gift card they gave me and they cancelled it, and wouldn't make another appointment. The people on the phone bully their sales associates. The lady on the phone was extremely rude. I feel like these poor guys come out to do this spiel. I get the impression that they are an army of cultist's. I don't trust any of the information that I was given. It was all for nothing. I definitely wouldn't recommend Mad City Windows to anybody. There was no cost to listen to the spiel. They were trying to entice me to listen to the spiel. They were disingenuous when it came to getting me to accept what they wanted and pushy. The information was vague. When the information was presented, both salesmen had a routine. There was no good reason to answer my questions when I asked them. The idea was that the salesman had total control of his little program. It was like a spider web. If one part of the web is wrecked, the spider has to do the whole thing from the beginning. It was miserable. I have actually heard bad things about the product, but I can't speak of that. They seemed rather pricey. Their punctuality didn't represent how long it would take.

Went above and beyond to ensure windows were installed in a timely fashion.

Everything went great! The people who installed the windows were very professional and detailed with their work. We love our new windows!

The two guys came. and took out the old bath tub and that went well.The guys did a wonderful,wonderful job with installing the new shower.Everything went really fantastic.

The installation happened over 2 days, Monday and Friday. Repair of our floor tiles took 2 more days.

They were there when they said they would be. They finished earlier than they said they would. The quality of the product was exactly as they said it was. The crew was very polite and social. They cleaned everything when they were finished so aside from the new windows, you would never have known they were there.
