An absolutely stunning installation! Well worth the money! They arrived early and answered all my questions throughout the process. You could tell they really wanted to be there and wanted me to be a happy customer!

Let's start from the beginning. Our son referred us to Mad City, as he loved his windows. Josh, our sales rep, was simply great, discussing our options and answering questions. We actually had an appointment with Renewal by Andersen the same day, which we ultimately cancelled, as Josh had made our decision to go with Mad City easy. During the installation, Zach, Gannon, and crew were awesome. They were unfailingly courteous, and answered all of our questions patiently and thoroughly. The windows look awesome and we can already tell the difference in the house, both in terms of being better climate controlled and just feeling more solid. We also ordered an exterior French door, which we are waiting for the manufacturing to be finished. We can't wait to fully complete the change in our house, and we are so glad we found Mad City. Thank you for what you do, we greatly appreciate it!

Ref. Invoice # MC54259GB on 10/2/24: This was our 3rd round in the past 5 years of window replacements using Mad City Windows. As in our two prior experiences (2019 and 2021), the Mad City installers were quick, efficient, clean, knowledgeable, careful, and pleasant. They discovered a very faulty install of the EXISTING large bank of living room windows during their removal, and showed this to us. They had to build up the frame to support the installation of their own work. Very thorough and informative. The difference in temperature regulation of our living room is absolutely noticeable, just as it was upstairs (2019) and in the kitchen and dining room (2021). So we have lived happily with prior Mad City Windows installs and we are perfectly happy with the most recent round as well. It's reassuring to see the same high quality products, good people, and happy outcomes over 5 years.

We are very pleased with our new shower. He had a tub removed and the height elevated. We were told 2 days. It took one. There were no problems. We would highly recommend anyone to go with Mad City. We will definitely use them for our windows.

Had an old tub and surround removed and a walk in shower installed in one day. They found a cracked water main and went above and beyond and replaced the bad section at no extra charge. Very professional work and not only is the new shower beautiful but also comes with a life time warranty. Highly recommend them for installing a modern shower that will be perfect in years to come.

The representative satisfactorily addressed all our questions and concerns and scheduled an appointment. Although our other windows were in excellent condition, Mad City offered to conduct a window inspection throughout our home if we requested it. Our salesperson, Nick Sullivan, arrived as scheduled. He was knowledgeable and answered our questions thoroughly, sharing insights we had yet to consider. He provided detailed information about the installation process and warranty. Notably, he did not rush us during the appointment, and the interaction felt far from a high-pressure sales pitch. We were promptly notified when our windows were ready for installation, and there were no issues with scheduling; everything went according to plan. We were very happy with the job done by Mad City to install our new walk in shower with a rain shower head coming from the ceiling. It is beautiful and only took one day to install.

They were on time, very polite and professional. I couldn't believe how fast it was, plus they took away the old windows and scrap. I'm very pleased with my windows.

Originally I contacted Mad City for an estimate on my kitchen. There was slight pressure to decide on the spot, complete with a nice financial savings. There was a great deal of “hurry up and wait,” but ultimately, they did a great job. While they cleaned up as they went along, they needed to return to finish the cleaning. I am not sure that the color matches the walls, as well as I was told it would. BIGGEST ADVICE: BE SPECIFIC ABOUT WHAT YOU WANT AND WHERE (drawers vs shelves for example). Ultimately, I am not unhappy with what was done; just not sure if I am happy with what was done.

Even with some custom work required they handled the logistics of the subcontractor to make sure we got the kitchen we wanted. Recommend them for sure.

I had to make one call back, but everything was done very well. Work crew was on time, courteous and cleaned up really well. product well-made and fit and looks great.

I had my bathtub completely replaced. After finding leaks in my basement from my existing tub, I knew it was time to replace it. My house was built in the 1940s, and I was afraid of what was under the existing tub. (Mold, potential plumbing issues within the house, etc.). I went with MadCity because they assured me EVERYTHING would be taken care of. And they lived up to their promise! I did not have to deal with inspectors, pull permits, etc. Every single member of their team was fantastic to work with. Quick response times, always happy to answer questions. Mad City was a great choice for my tub/shower demo and walk-in shower install. Professional, timely, informative and over-all a great product with minimal down time as the demo and install took less than 7 hours and Matt didn’t leave a trace that a major remodel just completed! Mad City is a very professional company from the sales appointment to the installation. From the beginning to end was nothing but satisfaction in working with them. They were very accommodating and professional to meet our needs. They explained the quality of their product, story of their business where to me this is important. This is a business that really has it together. We thought we'd have issues due to our schedule and other items needing to be met but they had no issues in helping and guiding us to a successful and beautiful shower.
