Mad City Windows & Baths

They guys were totally professional, on time and fixed things they found once the wall and floor were opened up. They added shutoff valves and stabilized the floor that was weakened by years of a leaky drain. We are happy with the look and the functionality of both of them.

I am a retired engineer and a former contractor, and I have always undertaken my own remodeling projects. I recently returned to Wisconsin, and purchased a Victorian home that had already gone through some remodel and window replacement. At my age, I broke with tradition and decided against getting on a ladder to finish replacing the rest of the single pane windows. During the recent Home Expo I checked out the display for Mad City Windows. The staff and crew from Mad City were courteous and professional from the very first day, when they came to measure my windows, until the final cleanup and checklist. When the big day finally arrived for the installation, the Supervisor walked me through the procedure so that I would understand what the crew was doing at all times, and assured me he would be around all day to answer any questions. I have had the honor to supervise many different crews during my career, and I have to say that this crew was excellent. Before beginning, they had sealed off the windows from the weather, and set out plastic sheeting both inside and outside the windows to catch any debris. The installation went smoothly, the cleanup was complete and there were no problems. During the final walkthrough, I was able to compare the two installations, from the other window company, and from Mad City. I told the Supervisor I wish the previous owner had contacted Mad City, because there was a noticeable difference in quality of the windows, and installation. I would recommend Mad City to anyone wanting a quality remodeling job.

Very professional individuals. They make sure they clean any mess they made and when done they ask me to make sure everything was the way it was before they arrive. Very please with there work.

The guy said no job for very courteous very professional and talk to us the whole time so we knew what they were doing or if they found anything that they needed to fix before completing the job.

It went great. Crew was on time, got everything installed in a day, left the house and the exterior clean. Windows are performing beautifully - even on the coldest day of the year.

The crew arrived on time and completed the job, same day, by 5 PM. In addition to the two skilled tradesman on site most of the day, a plumber and area manager completed their work on time. All four were incredibly respectful of my time & property. I recommend considering Mad City for your next bathroom remodel!

We were very impressed with the professional workmanship of the Mad City Bath. The workman completed the job within 6 hours for my Mom (age 85+). The job was excellent and was exactly the price quoted with no add-ons. The workman even took the time to help my Mom decide on the exact height of her shower seat and handicapped bars. It was seamless. They even needed to make a small modification to the door for me so I had more hand clearance from my wheelchair.

It went well. I replaced 6 windows, and they also removed all of the rotting wood that was present. At the end of the project, they cleaned up everything.

MadCity Windows & Baths was great. The whole process from start to finish was very simple and thorough for me. They came out to show their products and explain the process for each step of the way. They were up front with everything, and weren't pushing in making the sale. The install went smooth. The individuals that were on site were very respectful of the house, asked for opinions and input when needed, otherwise were very dutiful and timely. There weren't any surprises at any point. I highly recommend them for any updates you're looking to make.

WE had a great experience from the beginning to the end. Jeremy helped us determine the cost of our project. He was not pushy at all -- he just showed us all our options in each category and what would be compatible and we decided from there.... Our installers were very nice people! They explained the whole process as it would transpire throughout the day and then "went at it!" Then another person came over and had a final walk through that made sure we were pleased -- and we were!

not well - did not get what salesman said would be done. they have been back several times but still not satisfied. The windows are good - but the installation is very poor. Make sure you get absolutely everything in writing.

We had an excellent experience with our sales person Rob. He was right on time with appt and stayed for quite awhile to make sure we were ok with what we wanted. He had knowledge on what Mad City Baths had available and worked with us with the selection. The install team also arrived at the time they said they would. They explained everything they were doing as the day went on and even ran into issues, but they resolved them quickly..Very impressed,

Great would buying windows from them in the future!!
