Garrett (the installer) did a great job, for the tearout to compleation. Completed on schedule at what I felt was a fair price.

David was able to install my three windows in 4 hours, during a snowstorm! There is no more draft in the room, and it's so much quieter than before.

They (George) did a great job!! In& out for the bath to walk-in shower done in 8 hours! Totally cleaned up. Was very supportive of our needs & explained in stratum our options for cleaning products & all the steps he went thru! Great service that we would recommend to anyone!

Job No.: 833844 - I had both a shower/tub and a single stall shower installed in one day. I prefer to use small local businesses, but I tried to hire 5 different local contractors during the pandemic and was ghosted by all of them. I found this company on social media, and they were very responsive and scheduled me within a few weeks. Obviously, you pay more for a one day installation project, but I'm pleased with the results and everyone I dealt with was very nice. I'd give a 4.5 rating if I could, the crew left some sharp debris on my driveway and lawn from where they cut the materials, and one of the shower handles was loose, but I was able to tighten that myself with a screwdriver. I called about the debris, and the sales manager was very apologetic but did not send anyone out to clean it up, so I did pick up the debris myself. Overall, Im very pleased with the product and the speed with which I got two 40-year old showers replaced. I would recommend this company.

Absolute professionals. They finished 2 showers in one day! They were respectful of the house and driveway. The areas where they worked were cleaned up well, and everything was put back in place. They went the extra mile dealing with crown molding that I had in my bathroom. I very much recommend Mad City if you are installing a shower. Tyler was very knowledgeable and patient with me.

Most miserable contracting experience we ever had. Company didn't even start the install for over 14 WEEKS and blamed it on the d*** HURRICANES! Thanks for lying to us Terry (Wausau production manager) and making excuses for not getting the job done, really appreciate it. It's been 4 1/2 months and it is STILL NOT FINISHED. Ridiculous level of unaccountability for what we paid. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY, YOU WILL REGRET IT!!!

An absolutely stunning installation! Well worth the money! They arrived early and answered all my questions throughout the process. You could tell they really wanted to be there and wanted me to be a happy customer!

Let's start from the beginning. Our son referred us to Mad City, as he loved his windows. Josh, our sales rep, was simply great, discussing our options and answering questions. We actually had an appointment with Renewal by Andersen the same day, which we ultimately cancelled, as Josh had made our decision to go with Mad City easy. During the installation, Zach, Gannon, and crew were awesome. They were unfailingly courteous, and answered all of our questions patiently and thoroughly. The windows look awesome and we can already tell the difference in the house, both in terms of being better climate controlled and just feeling more solid. We also ordered an exterior French door, which we are waiting for the manufacturing to be finished. We can't wait to fully complete the change in our house, and we are so glad we found Mad City. Thank you for what you do, we greatly appreciate it!
