I recently had Mad City do a bathtub to shower conversion. The bathtub was original to the house and was showing all the wear and tear of the years. We had Mad City do replacement windows in the past and so when we decided to do this upgrade, they were the only people we wanted to contact to do the work. They were so professional last time that we felt confident that they would do a great job again. We were right and everything went very well. The sales person Mike was so friendly, not pushy and we chatted like old friends afterwards. It was no pressure at all. There was some sticker shock to be honest, but we understood walking in that the benefits of working with Mad City made the price very justified and reasonable. Once you agree to a price you don't have to worry about any hidden fees because of issues with pipes or damaged subfloors or other troubles that construction can find. You can feel secure that it will all be cared for. In our case they did a bunch of work on the pipes and it improved our water pressure!!! Bonus!!! The installer did the job in one day and we were amazed. We did have some small fine tuning that needed to be done like with most construction jobs. Once I told them it was handled very quickly and to our satisfaction. Jeff Hall the operations manager made sure that everything went smoothly and really went out of his way to make sure we had a great experience. Now we have a relaxing new shower that we can enjoy worry free for as long as we own this home and pass it along to the next owners. Its amazing to know they will be there to maintain what is now a wonderful relaxing space. We are now considering upgrading stuff in our kitchen with Mad City. We are that happy. I definitely recommend Mad City for any of their services.

We had our shower replaced. From our salesman John, Allen taking the measurements. The office updates and finally our installer Lon. The field manager came and checked during the installation process. Lon made sure we were happy. Everything turned out very well. We are very satisfied and would recommend them. Kayleigh also followed up to make sure we were satisfied.

The installers we had from Mad City, Colby & Alex, were wonderful! They managed to put all the pieces together perfectly! We did have a minor miscommunication with the measuring guy. I asked that it be made wider (every piece is custom sized to your bath) but didn't want it to encroach on the light switch. Also, don't believe everything they try to sell you. Yes, you do have to use a squeegee on the doors if you have hard water. We were told that because they use RainX we wouldn't have to do this every time. Overall, I LOVE MY NEW SHOWER!

Scott was very polite. He showed me everything before he started. Explained what he was going to do. Asked me several time to come and see the progress. I really appreciated it. When he was done it was gorgeous. He did a great job.

We had a kitchen installed. It was completed in 3 days the team that came out Jacob and Nate the West Chester team were extremely professional and made sure the job was completed on time!

We just had a full house window replacement done by Mad City Windows and Baths. The experience was seamless, to say the least. We are pleased with the quality and service, but we especially want to recognize Justin E. the supervisor of the window installation. He was amazing!! His willingness to make sure everything was done to our satisfaction, his skill with his crew and with the details of the installation was superb!! We highly recommend Mad City Windows, in a large part because of Justin E. and would recommend them to anyone!!

Mad City did an amazing job on my bathroom remodel. I received a new tub, wall, & chrome hardware. Mad City was very professional from start to finish. Nate was the installer & he did impeccable workmanship. I’m very pleased with my new project & would definitely recommend them.

Mad City did such a good job on our walk-in shower in October, we had them come out in January to do our hall tube & shower. Their products are infused with Microban which is resistant to mold, mildew & bacteria. That alone sells itself, but the workmanship of their employees is second to none. Zach came out again for this one and did a wonderful job. I couldn't be happier! Bobby worked with us to find the financing that would fit our needs. Thank you Mad City!

Everything was explained before the installation, and they proceeded as described. The work done was professional and the crews were neat during the job and the cleanup was above expected. Larry did a great job installing our walk-in shower! He was very polite and answered all of our questions. He put drop cloths on our floors to protect them and cleaned up the mess after tearing out our old bathtub and after installing our shower. We are happy with our new walk-in shower?

They were amazing. Showed up when they said they would. They were friendly, professional and efficient. When they left the only way I knew they had been there was the new shower!! Everything was cleaned up as if they had never been there. The workmanship was perfect. I would highly recommend Mad City and use them again!!!!
