Very professional and extremely knowledgable about my current system and what would serve my needs the best both for usage and cost to me - a refreshing concept from some of the other estimates I have had from service providers for other household services in the past. So I was able to talk with someone from Harker over the phone about what AC unit would be best for my house. The technician who installed it was right on time (despite the rain) and after the work was done he walked me through it all and answered all my questions. I was completely satisfied.

Description of Work: We purchased a house in July and when winter came around our 29 year old furnace's pilot light would not stay lit. We called Harker since the previous owners had told us they'd done work on it in the past. The tech was on time and very polite. He answered my many questions about the operation of the furnace in general and in particular about what he was seeing with the unit. When he found the problem he quickly replaced the part and explained what it did. He could have continued replacing parts since there were others that were coming due to be replaced, but he asked me before performing any other service. Things were working fine so we decided not to pursue any additional fixes. | |I was very impressed with his knowledge of our (very old) furnace and his politeness throughout the process. I will definitely be using Harker for any future repairs.

Description of Work: My furnace stopped running! HE FIXED IT! I was very confident he knew what he was doing. Reasonable cost. I wouldn't hesitate to call them again!

Description of Work: He repaired my electric fireplace, cleaned the glass, too! He also replaced the filter on my furnace and did a full check of that. In addition, he explained my humidifier to me and when to use it! Very nice, helpful and right on time!
