Very satisfied overall!!!

I called at 9am to ask for a televised inspection of the pipe and Greg arranged to come at 1. He showed up on time with his partner (and son) and they used their modern equipment (including color TV equipment and a locator for the camera head) to do a detailed inspection of the line all the way down to the main line on the street. They verified that there were no major problems with the line - no sign of roots, only minor offsets, and limited scaling. They concluded that no further work was needed. They whole process took about 40 minutes.

We had an intermittent funky smell in our home for a few days, but couldn't pinpoint the source. We checked Angie's List and called Greg based on his rating. He came out very quickly, found the problem (tree roots needed to be cleared from the sewer), fixed it, and offered to return if we still had the smell. Greg was very professional, yet not "stuffy," and we enjoyed speaking with him. While he was at our house we mentioned we needed a new hot water heater; Greg checked it out and agreed. The old heater was more than ready to be replaced, evidenced by the puddle under the heater. He offered to purchase, transport and install a new heater for us. We made an appointment with him to have this done, and he did exactly as he promised. The amount we spent is the appx. total for both services (two separate visits), plus the cost of the new water heater and haul-away of the old heater. Note: About a week after having the sewer taken care of (the first service call), we thought we smelled something again but couldn't be sure if it was our imagination. Since he offered, we decided to call Greg. He again came out to check on it very quickly, and found there wasn't a problem. He didn't even charge for this! We definitely recommend Greg's Rite Now Rooter LLC, and will do so to our friends, family and neighbors. Greg's a good guy, and he can be trusted to do a good job and bill fairly.

It went very well. Greg and his son arrived at the predetermined time, and were very helpful in taking care of my problem. I would recommend them to anyone, and will be using them in the future for my drain cleaning needs.

Needed emergency main drain unclogged (roots) late in the afternoon on a Saturday. Greg and his associate were very professional on right on time. Unfortunately, I think our call caught him off guard and he left his camera at his home/shop and was unable to get a visual of our pipe so he needs to return to perform this service. Overall, quite satisfied with this plumbing company and would recommend to others.

Water suddenly started backing up from the floor drain in our basement. The pool of water was inches from the area finished with carpet and drywall, so it was pretty vital that we get quick service. It was Sunday, so we thought we'd pay pretty heavy for it. Greg came out right away, and I mean RIGHT away. He was here in about 15 minutes. He was just leaving for a trip with his family, but he delayed his trip for us. He ran his rooter for 95 feet, came up with a lot of roots, and ran it the entire length again to make sure he got everything. He did all this for $115. He let me know that he stopped advertising in the Yellow Pages this year, and decided instead to go by word of mouth, and give his customers the money he would have spent on the ads, which amounts to a $10 discount to each customer. Greg is friendly, professional, and fair. He does great work, and I highly recommend him for anyone needing drain cleaning.

Everything went wonderfully. He did a great job. He dealt with our problem with urgency, and was informative about the bigger picture. He advised us about prevention, and gave contacts to help with other aspects of the problem. He knew the limits of his expertise and was able to direct us to experts when needed. He had a good attitude in a stressful situation, and the prices were fair as well. We appreciated his efforts and will certainly consider using him in the future.
