Greg came quickly on new years eve, diagnosed situation, removed thoroughly rusted in 75 yr old plug, checked my drain for clearance after city cleared their clogged lateral line, and installed new access plug.

Very professional and friendly. He is usually on call but I was able to schedule and appointment which was great.

I called Greg, and he was at the house within the hour. He took care of the problem, and stayed long enough to make sure the water back would not occur again. He's great!

I called Greg at 8:15 AM and he said he could be at my home at 9:30 AM (same day), he arrived on time and immediately went to work. He cleared the drain and then made sure it was working correctly. He was courtious and very professional. He also gave me several suggestions on how to keep all my drains clean and clear so I would not need to call him because of problems that can be avoided. I will definitely use him any time any of my drains get clogged. His price was reasonable and he is a very capable professional as well as a very nice person! Don't hesitate to call him.

Greg was very responsive, punctual, professional, and effective. He worked hard to remove the obstacle blocking the drain (a tree root) and charged very fairly for his time and hard work. Don't worry about looking elsewhere for a better deal or more professional service. Just look at this and the other reviews.

It never really happened. He unclogged it but it clogged right back up.

We got an email from a tenant at our 2-flat this morning at 7:00, saying that the toilet was clogged. I found Greg's name on Angie's List and gave him a call at 7:25am. He was able to meet me at the apartment at 8:00am and had the toilet fixed by 8:25. Greg was personable, punctual, and gave us a fair deal.

Greg showed up the day after Christmas and did a fantastic job. He diagnosed the problem, gave careful thought about the cost, did the job expertly. He took the time to explain every detail of the cost, gave a "doctor's prescription" of the options, and then did a good job. I'd hire him again.

They were nearby and were able to come within an hour of my call. The job took maybe thirty minutes, and he said he was charging me the lowest price he could - the floor drain was clogged because some plastic had gotten into it, not because of a larger issue. Very happy with the service provided and I think the cost was very fair. Note that he doesn't take credit cards at all - only checks or cash.

Greg and Pete came to run a camera through our lateral, just for a check-up. The lateral is terra-cotta, and super-old, so not surprisingly some root issues have developed since we last had them cut. Greg determined that there would be no problems if we let the roots go a bit a longer, and then did a good cutting in the fall. I appreciate that he did not blow the problem out of proportion, in an effort to charge for cutting prematurely. We look forward to having him back in the fall.

I am a contractor myself and appreciate Greg's service. He is responsive and cares about what he does. I have used his service more than once and can't say enough good things. He offers great service at a fair price. I will suggest him to my friends and clients.

I had a partial clog in the main drain under the house. Called Greg in the morning, and he came by a little over an hour later. He ran his snake out about 50 feet and found and removed the roots that were causing the problem. He was both professional and courteous. I recommend his service.

My tenants called to report a sewer smell in the basement - fearing the worst, I found Greg on Angie's List and called him up, asked him to take a look. He was available right away and went over to the property. He inspected the basement looking for signs of mold & mildew, but didn't find anything. Determined the basement drain trap was dry and gases were likely trickling back up from the city sewer line. He advised my tenants to just add water every week or so to keep the trap full. He called and explained all this to me, and told me he was just going to charge me for a service call instead of the hourly rate, since there was really nothing wrong for him to fix. I appreciated that and I will definitely call him again if another issue comes up!

Our basement floor drain was backing up and Greg was very attentive to our situation and arrived soon after I called him, as scheduled. He did a great job. We have used him in the past. He is experienced, professional and efficient. He also is happy to answer any questions about the services he provides.

Good communication, but lack of execution. First, they knew something else was wrong when using the approved plunger didn't solve the problem. Was not able to address this problem because I left on a trip. Now that they 'fixed' a wax ring that somehow got into the pipe, they adjusted the water level in the tank too high! While trying to lower the water level, I found out the screw is malfunctioning and won't hold. I will hopefully find an answer from somewhere else, but will not be calling them back for a third time and a third check!

He was there within a 1/2 hour of calling him, went straight to work and completed his task in less than 1/2 hour. We were very pleased with his work and suggestions for keeping the lines clear of clogging.

First off let me explain. I called Greg for a Sunday after hours drain emergency. He was booked solid for that Sunday and the next day also. He knew that mine was a plea for help so he gave me another plumber's name and number and said if this guy could not make it call him back. The other plumber DID make problem solved in about an hour. It was a tree root clog. Greg also call ME back to see if everything was taken care of, if not he would have worked me in. Tell me how many business men would be so caring. THANK YOU GREG.
