Dirty Ducts Cleaning & Environmental

A nice, friendly professional worker arrived on time and explained all the steps and what he would be doing. He needed all the duct screens exposed, and I showed him. He attached the vacuum system and cleaned out all ductwork. Also, closed up old ductwork to an unused wood add-on furnace. He didn't track dirt through the home, and finished with photos of the completion. Very happy with this company.

Basically what they did was prior to replacing our furnace. They have an elaborate truck which has a vacuum cleaner that they hook up to our house and ducts. They then just turn it on and they have these fixtures that go into the ducts that just clean them all. They were punctual and professional. I was impressed by the technology. They've obviously been doing here for a while and the procedure worked out pretty down pad. Their truck brakes failed at one point and it pushed over my mailbox. They were quite professional. They had somebody else come around and fix the mailbox eventually.

They showed up on time, they took extra steps to keep the pathways clean to and from the furnace. Temperatures we very cold so they even covered the entry door that the vacuum hose came through. The tech made sure that I understood exactly what he was doing. He was very professional, clean and courteous. He took before and after pictures of the duct work. Wow what a difference it made. Very happy and would recommend them to anyone needing this service.

Basement had been used to store firewood and had not been cleaned in at least 30 years. Work was done thoroughly and in a timely manner. The staff was pleasant to work with. We are VERY PLEASED with the results of Dirty Ducts work!

When found, they promptly removed it.

Cleaned our ducts following a major remodeling. They were professional, prompt and very helpful. We were concerned about the process being intrusive and messy but it was not at all. Everything went quickly and without any clean up following the completion of the job.

Ben was great! He came on time and waited patiently for us to move our vehicles and get situated before he could start his work. We inquired about the air cleaner system and he gave us all the information that we needed to make an informed decision about whether we wanted it or not. He was very friendly and efficient. After he was done he gave us before and after pictures which were unbelievable, to say the least! The air in our house almost feels oxygenated now. It feels so clean and our daughter has not coughed once since she came home after school today! We are very happy that we called Dirty Ducts and had the Breathe Clean system installed! We're going to recommend them and the Breathe Clean system to everybody we know! Thanks a lot!!

I had tile mastic on a basement floor that contained asbestos. They came in and scraped off the paint and mastic down to bare cement. They hauled the contaminated stuff away. It was all good but they tromped the lilies outside, no big deal. They did what I wanted.

The technician was very polite and answered my questions. Photos arrived via mail a few days later as promised. Ducts were not as dirty as I expected, but hopefully it will help my husband's allergies!!

it went well, photos taken and all cleaned thoroughly. there seemed to be a ton of dust however for a couple of days afterwards....my husband and son both were bothered by it due to allergies(the reason I had it done in the first place)

Jeremy cleaned all of the HVAC ductwork in our home. He arrived at the scheduled time, I showed him where the furnace, registers,etc. were and he got right to it. Our home is approx. 2100 sf and is an older, remodeled farmhouse that had some ducts re-run and added on to that provided some challenges. He took it all in stride and worked right along to complete the task which took almost 4 hours. He was very professional and personable and he took photos as we went along & showed them to me as he cleaned. He showed me both before and after photos and he would clean the duct again if he wasn't satisfied that they were as clean as possible and then take the after photo and show me. He printed out a few before and after photos and left them with me as well. I am very pleased and have recommended Dirty Ducts to several people already.

They give you a before and after picture. Couldn't believe it! House was built in 1994 and I guarantee that this has not ever been done.

Everything went well. DJ called to ask whether it would be okay to come 1 hour early and it was fine with us. He assembled all of the various hoses for the project. He put a cloth runner under the large hose heading down into the basement. DJ explained what he was going to do and showed us the devices that he would be using. He asked if we had any questions and he clearly answered them. We have a small ranch house and he was there about 3 hours. DJ took pictures inside the ducts before and after the cleaning process. In the places where holes were made in the ducts for cleaning access, he installed rubber/plastic plugs that fit tight and looked very finished. The one larger cleaning hole was sealed differently and looked finished as well. As DJ did each duct, he dusted/cleaned the corresponding register for that duct. After the cleaning was done, DJ picked up the areas where he had been working. Then he showed us the before and after photos of the interior of our ductwork. We were very satisfied with the Dirty Ducts Cleaning service and DJ was a very personable fellow to work with. We are glad to know that our ductwork is clean after having this service. We used the $50 coupon that was offered to Angies List members.

It was great to work with Dirty Ducts. When I called to inquire, they fully explained the process and were responsive to my questions. The technician came to the house at the scheduled time and was very thorough. For example- he pulled the main hose through a lower level window rather than the front door so we didn't have to worry about my pets trying to go in/out.... And it helped keep bus & mosquitoes out! We walked throughput the house and he explained what he would be doing and how the process works. He took before & after pictures. Almost 2 months later we are delighted with the results. We used to have to dust settling on furniture w/in hours after cleaning. Now it's literally days!!! I would highly recommend them- they cost a little more than those advertised in flyers in the paper - they are worth it!

I have been in the service industry for better than 40 years and know what customer service is all about and I can honestly say that Dirty Ducts Cleaning is "all about" the customer from the customer service representatives to the technician that came out to our house. They did exactly what they said they were going to do and did everything in a very professional manner. I highly recommend Dirty Ducts Cleaning.

Employee was very polite and professional. He was thorough in completing his job and showed us photographs of what the ducts looked like before and after his service.

Dirty Ducts was outstanding from start to finish. When I first called on a Sunday and left a message after finding black mold in my bathroom, Amy called me back before official business hours on Monday morning. She worked with me to get a quote within hours since I was leaving on a business trip. The quote was dead on with cost and time. April was incredible working with my scheduling. Despite being their busy season, she offered to try to work out Saturday scheduling and then even got me into the books when they opened up due to a cancellation a full four days early. Once DJ and Jason T arrived on site a few minutes early, they looked at the room, heard exactly what I was looking to have done (for my piece of mind even though they also had plans and photos ready) and got started. I left for several hours and, when I returned, they'd nearly completed removal of all of the mold safely, cleanly and extremely thoroughly - including sealing all of the wood so that it couldn't come back. Dirty Ducts took all of the moldy materials out with them as well, taking care to treat the house with the utmost respect the entire time and returning it to it's previous, mold-less state (including saving a piece of 100-year-old trim). They waited for the area to dry while it was tented (so that I "wouldn't have to have any paint fumes in the house") and made sure I was happy with the work. They even called in friends (Jason W and Ben) when my giant, cast-iron tub needed to be moved to clear the way for the remediation. Every member of the team truly went above and beyond and I'll certainly have them back for any other surprise cleanups that come up in the house and duct cleaning.

It was good. We got the pictures to compare. The person who clean the air ducts did really good job. It was efficient and he did not leave any garbage in the house.

Went very well indeed.The company came out to clean the ducts and dryer vents in the whole house. The arrived on time kept us informed on how the cleaning was going. They were able to move the furniture that I could not. The ducts had not been cleaned in about 20 years so it was a big job. We were very happy with the work done, they were polite and worked hard. I would recommend this company to family and friends.

Overall, it went very well. The before and after pictures were telling. We have some specialty ducts and they did a great job accomodating.
