Very well. The process was smooth, 50% down for the cost. A bit of a wide gap between order and performance of work, but that is a sign of a busy and healthy company. In the house, while wrangling my Cats, they worked with me to distance in one room until the first area was cleared, knock, vacate, and allow me to move to the completed area before resuming work. Wore a mask, wore house shoes, described the process and when it would be most stressful for the cats, was very respectful in completing work, held great conversation, and did a wonderful job as proven by before and after photos. Would certainly recommend.

Service was great! Derek explained all the work that needed to be performed and estimated timing. He was pleasant to work with and did a great job and clean up. Would hire again.

Austin did a fantastic job of cleaning the air ducts and dryer vent at our home this morning. He arrived 10 minutes early and finished as estimated 4 hours later. He was so thorough and knowledgeable about his work, as the company we had several years ago did not perform the service in the way that Austin did. He was so professional, polite, and friendly. We will be using Dirty Ducts Cleaning again in the future and will be recommending the company to neighbors and friends!

The crew did a great job! They came right on time and removed all the material. I was amazed at how clean they got this hard to get at area. They also were the low cost bidder out of 3.

I scheduled an appointment with this company through Angie’s List message system and no one showed up on the date stated in the message. When I called to find out what happened, they told me they didn’t have any information about my appointment. Didn’t even offer to reschedule. Tacky customer service.

The telephone representative did very well to answer my numerous questions about the process and he was able to set a guaranteed price over the phone. The technician completing the work was punctual, knowledgeable, and friendly. There was a minor hiccup with the process but Dirty Ducts went out of their way to address the issue. Dirty Ducts customer service far surpassed anything I had experienced as a consumer. It is very clear that they stand behind their work and they care a great deal about quality. At every turn of this process- from initial contact to the completion of the work, I know that I was dealing with professionals. I highly recommend Dirty Ducts and I will be using them again.

I had my ducts cleaned. I was very happy with them. The company was so good form the person who answered the phone to set up the appointment to the person who came to do the work. They were very good.

Great! They were very thorough. They cleaned and encapsulated all the ducts. They also cleaned the Air Condition coil. I was really worried about them introducing fragrance into the system (I'm allergic to fragrance) but the air coming out of my vents is fresh now with no odor at all, just neutral. Love it!!

They were great. They were exceptionally professional compared to other people that I've had come out to the point that they have a branch in Chicago and I was ready to hire the people in Chicago to do my parents' house. They were amazing. I really like them. I think the price was really reasonable compared to what I paid the last time. I was pretty happy with the quality. I think they were pretty good with their responsiveness. The whole thing was good. There is an option of doing more which most companies are like that, they go ahead and do that. They told me that my ducts aren't that dirty and they didn't recommend that I do any more than what I just did because it wouldn't make any financial fun. If they were going to make a buck, it doesn't make sense that they tell somebody to skip that. That was the first time I used them.

The techs rushed and ended 1 hour early and missed 2 important vents.

The one-person crew arrived just before the scheduled start time. He was professional and friendly for the duration of the work. He explained the nature and scope of his work and how long he thought the work would take. He was respectful of the home during the work as he had to remove a couple of doors and bring a large vacuum hose from his truck into the basement. The work took just under 4 hours as he cleaned each vent starting on the second floor and moving to the basement. He took before and after photographs of three locations to illustrate the success of the duct cleaning. He printed those pictures when he was finished. He had to cut holes in the existing duct work near the furnace to insert the vacuum hoses. Upon completion, he professionally covered and sealed those holes. When the work was done, he cleaned up the job site. I would recommend the provider to friends and neighbors.

They were professional starting with the estimate. Work crew did a great job removing the drywall cautiously. The rebuild of the walls looks amazing as I have smooth finished walls and they look seamless still. My only critique is that on the 2nd day of work the young guy sent out by himself to remove the subfloor did not have the proper tools. I lent him my own circular saw to get the job done. Ultimately the drywaller made the more difficult cuts because he had carpentry experience. Dirty Ducts should be sure to send their employees out with the right tools for the job and with the right experience. Other than that the work was great and I would use them again. The duct cleaning and remediation seem to be their specialty while they'll also find labor to do the rebuilds and other needs.

Helped me move furniture. Which isn't in contract. Also made time to clean large sectional couch as an add on.

I contacted Dirty Ducts for a quote, they showed up on time and seemed very knowledgeable about what we needed. They turned around a quote pretty quickly and it seemed reasonable based on our research. On the day of service, they showed up on time and cleaned up after themselves. It took less than a day to remove a good amount of pipe insulation. They also provided a quote for re-insulating the pipes, but we decided to do that ourselves.

I called Dirty Ducts after getting what seemed to be a high quote from a competitor. So glad I did, the exact same job was quoted to me for $240 LESS. The difference may be been in that just one man is sent out to the the job rather than the 2 of the other company, but DJ from Dirty Ducts came in and did the job himself in an excellent manner from start to finish. He called to see if he could show up a little earlier than scheduled which worked out great. Upon arriving he explained what he would be doing and then got started, hooking us up to the truck exhaust system and while that ran, cleaned each duct and air exchange individually. Great experience, pleasant and professional, highly recommend.
