Description of Work: Our garage door wouldn't go up from the controls in our cars, but would from the buttons in the garage. Jenko came out the next day and fixed it in a few minutes, then showed me how to fix it if it happened again. He looked over the door and made sure it was in good shape, replacing a hinge and tightening up a chain. He was pleasant and professional. I would use Jenko again.

+ -1 moreI see it time and time again with this company reviews, but Dan the service technician is the real key. He was great. Very professional and knowledgeable. He identified the problem, installed the new springs, lubricated all hinges and wheels as well as the screw drive on the garage door motor. The door works great now with no problems what-so-ever. My only gripe here is that everyone who rated them before me paid less. There are not enough details for me to figure out why, but I might call them and ask out of curiosity.

Description of Work: The door was stuck with one side about 18" lower than the other and the cable for the spring-assist off its roller. Within 30 minutes Dan had the door moving freely, a hinge replaced and a couple of bent parts repaired. This was done the same day I called.

+ -1 moreI called to get my garage door repaired a little after 8:00 a.m. The service representative, Dan Jacobsen, was here in less than an hour, even though I live on the opposite side of town, and the job was complete before 9:30 a.m. He replaced the spring, lubricated the system and installed a handle so I could manually open the door.
