Dale's Heating & Air Cond

I was completely satisfied with the work that was done. The serviceman was clean, courteous and professional. I plan on calling Dale's heating and air conditioning the next time I need services for my furnace or air conditioning.

It was totally fine. There was nothing to report there.

Good. They actually cleaned one additional duct beyond the promised ten at no extra charge.

The service was never performed. I ordered on 10/13 and as of today 11/1 I still have not heard from them. They billed my credit card on 10/13 and I never received an appointment call. This was my first experience with Angie's List and I am very wary of using Angie's List again. I probably will not.

They cleaned all the vents. It was 13 vents total. I would use them again if needed.

I had no issue with the owner or the gentleman that came out to perform the cleaning. However, a previous provider had used a particular tool able to get through entire duct (8 to 10 feet long), which was just perfect. Without that tool the job seemed only half-done.

Since our dog died, we knew our vents were probably clogged with fur, so we needed them cleaned. The gentleman who did the work was professional and quick. It took a couple hours and he showed me images of my vents before and after.

The response time was great. Brian showed up right on time and was very professional and friendly. We have a 3-year old Golden Retriever that just wanted to say hi and Brian was very kind to our dog and let our dog welcome him into our home. Such a great experience we hired them back a month later to clean out our air ducts.

We didn't have anymore trouble with it. The price was covered with the protection plan. It was very reasonable. They worked on an old air conditioner and it's still working. I wouldn't be surprised if they couldn't keep it going but it seems to be working fine. The workers were very nice and very professional.

Very well. They came out right away to check the unit and then were able to come out the next day to install the new unit. And this was during a spell of hot weather so I was impressed they could come out so fast. The owner came out himself, with another technician. They were professional, courteous, and on time.

I purchased the big deal for duct cleaning with unlimited vents from Angie's list and Dale's came out and completed the work. They said the ducts actually weren't too dirty but I was just happy to get a second opinion and get peace of mind since we had some other issues with the house. A day after the work was completed a semi-quiet high pitched whistling noise started emitting from the vents. After a couple of days I called Dale's and Brian came out to have a look. I asked if the cause was the holes they had cut into the ducts for access but he indicated that made a different noise. Of course when he came out the whistling stopped and we tried to replicate the problem but whatever it was had stopped. Brian was very polite and professional the whole time he was there and offered to come back if the noise starting again. It hasn't, so I don't know what caused it. However, I have two systems (one for each floor) so the fact that one was off for a few days may be the reason. Whatever the cause, I don't believe it was anything Dale's did and I would definitely hire them again.

Brian was extremely responsive. I called at 5pm the day before a heat wave about my air conditioning which stopped cooling the night before. He was out the next morning to check things out. He was very up front about my options which made me comfortable enough to opt for a completely new unit. The very next day I had the new unit installed and it is working great.

Went well -- exactly what I was looking for -- a clean dryer vent, so no more worries about lent backing up and causing potential hazard. Nice bonus to the service was that I was shown a picture of the vent before and after, plus the technician also examined the dryer itself for lent buildup. Thanks!

This work was performed at our lake house and Dale's worked with us to come up with a schedule that worked for everyone. The work was well done and they cleaned up after the work was finished.

They did a really thorough job. They found a crack in the flexible pipe that runs on the dryer and takes the lint out. It was actually releasing lint into the air. They pulled it out from that, re-cut it, reinstalled it, and cleaned the floor behind there. They were very good. The Angie’s List coupon covered the cost of the service. It was a reduced price for sure.

It was nice to receive an appointment within the week- I was a bit anxious about getting it done. Zack was courteous, punctual and tidy. I saw photos of before and after and I was very glad I'd called.

I was not home, but the re were no problems and no mess. He came when he said he would, and I thought the price was very good.

Arrived on time and completed vacuuming/cleaning of all AC ducts in 2.5 hours. Judging from the before/after photos the cleaning was very effective. I would use them again and recommend highly.

It was a good price. There was a time that they couldn't show-up on and we had to reschedule. It would have been nice if we hadn't had to jumble around. The guy that came out was good. It was a little bit of a hassle to get things scheduled, it wasn't anything major.

The service was performed professionally and thoroughly.
