All of my many questions about equipment models and options were clearly answered. The project completed in less than a day. No surprises. Brian and his crew were courteous, competent and professional. All registration and rebate paperwork was completed by Brian within a few days after installation. So far, the equipment has been running great!

I got estimates from six places to replace our 30 year-old furnace. Brian really listened to our concerns and answered all of our questions - and proposed something that exactly fit our needs (including installing a Nest "smart" thermostat). His proposal wasn't the lowest cost, but it was clearly the highest value. Brian and his crew showed up last August exactly when he scheduled installation. We saw great workmanship in matching up to our existing duct work and installing a long outside air input/exhaust run. The Bryant furnace and Aprilaire filter system he installed has worked flawlessly throughout this brutal winter, and has save us over 30% in thermal energy use per heating degree day over our previous 80% efficiency Carrier unit. Highly recommend these guys. I'll be calling them back when our air conditioner needs replacing.

The dryer vent has a long run. They determined that the vent was uncoupled somewhere along its run. So all the lint was presumably building up in the gap. The dryer is in the basement, however the basement is finished and the ceiling is all drywall. The vent runs inside the ceiling. Also, the vent is not sheet metal piping but plastic, so the whole vent needed to be replaced which would mean cutting into the ceiling. That is a major project, one that they were not equipped to deal with. They tried other ways to vent the dryer to the outside. Unfortunately, the way the house is built none of the ways were possible. We ended up using an indoor dryer lint trap. They spent a lot of time working in our house. The final cost was incredibly modest. I would definitely use them again.

The technician was excellent. He found the problem and fixed it right away. It's a new house for us so he also inspected the furnace for us. We would definitely hire "Dave Jones" again.

Zack was very courteous and efficient. He even did a few little extra things. I would recommend Dales and would hire them again.

Brian (Dale's son) was wonderful! He is not a "salesman". He came out, did a thorough assessment of our needs and provided several options for us to consider. Definitely not pushy. Job was completed on time and he provided excellent follow-up when we had a question about the fan. Would definitely recommend!

Moved here 2 years ago...knew our furnace & A/C were on their last legs. A/C was recently hurting. Dale's (owner & employee) came quickly, got things up and running again at a reasonable rate. Also gave me a (quite reasonable) quote to upgrade both furnace & A/C (something we figured we'd have to do soon anyway). Will come back and give another review if (probably) and when that happens. Just saying...business originator Dale would be proud of his son (who now runs the company). Give Brian a call if you need local HVAC service...rockin'.

Outstandingly well. Brian was punctual, professional and responsive to all of our questions and concerns. This was my a big job and we had one shot to get it right. After a lot of research, reading reviews and obtaining 7 estimates from different A/C companies we decided on Dale's. We were very happy we did and would highly recommend this company to anyone interested in getting the job done right and at a fair price.

Brian was very quick to arrive when my furnace went out. He diagnosed the problem and was able to replace the part and get the heat back on within two hours of my call. Great service and reasonably priced.

Older furnace gave up the ghost this year, and Brian was fantastic at prioritizing with oncoming cold temperatures. Very personable, reasonable, punctual and responsive.

Not well. An old man and a teenager showed up. They did not clean the ductwork from the vents in the house, but rather elected to cut a hole in the ductwork in the basement and try to do everything from there. While cutting this hole they damaged the sensor for our central humidifier. They left a huge mess behind when they left. I called to complain, and the owner, to his credit, was very responsive and apologetic. He refunded me the money I had paid, no questions asked. Literally the next day, however, my central AC unit broke down. The owner did an emergency call, and came out to repair it. May have been a freaky coincidence, but with there horrendously performed duct cleaning and my AC breaking down within 24 hrs of them being in my home, I've had enough of Dale's.

Zach did a great job and was even kind enough to work around a sleeping baby when we had unexpected company.

During a summer hot spell my A/C stopped working. I called Dale's Heating and A/C and they responded very quickly and fixed the minor problem. He told me how to avoid the problem in the future and only charged me for the minimum on-site call, which was more than fair.

It was excellent. Brian (owner) was very kind and professional. He talked us out of buying a more expensive model, pointing out that our current furnace could not use the additional features on more expensive brands that others were trying to sell us. The work was done on time by very pleasant people who were quiet and respectful. We were so fortunate to have found him. I can't imagine a better organization than his. He also talked us out of duct cleaning saying that in our situation we did not need it.

The technicians were professional and competent. The problem however, was the offer through Angie's List. The offer was supposed to include a new furnace filter. The technician wanted to charge me for the filter, until I showed him the special offer. While he then replaced the filter at no charge, when it came to the carbon monoxide detector, he said that Angie's List should not have included that in the offer as it would not be economically feasible to provide the service, a filter and a carbon monoxide detector, all for $85. However, the reason I took advantage of the offer was because it DID offer those items. The carbon monoxide detector was not provided.

They showed up on time and did a good job. Professional and thorough. Would use again.

It went very well. They were on time and efficient, let me know how my dryer vent appeared and how often it should be serviced. It took less time than I had thought (20-30 minutes) and it was completed, with my dryer moved back into place. The guys were friendly and professional. I definitely would hire them again for this service!

All air ducts were vacuumed with a rotating brush to clean the sides. I washed the registers while the ducts were being cleaned. After they dried Dale's put them back in place. He replaced old registers with new ones I had bought, which was a nice detail for which they did not charge. The dust smell my house had precleaning is gone.

Brian has been super each time he's been here, whether for a routine, annual furnace inspection and cleaning or for this emergency. He takes his work and his customers seriously and is prompt, clean and fairly priced.
