Description of Work: Bought Angies Deal for $315 for Aprilaire and they sold me upgraded model for an additional $125 but for automatic versus manual, it was worth it. they were in and out in no time and there was no mess. I used them for duct cleaning in the spring when we bought our house. I will use again.

Description of Work: Did full air duct cleaning. It went ok although it's hard to tell from the outside. They were punctual and professional. They were a little messy though, which turned me off. Not sure I would use them again just because I don't know if it was worth it.

Description of Work: Very poor quality. First, went to wrong home due to no communication (I was moving, and my destination home was the correct home, not the billing address). Second, for $250, I have to clean my own registers with a shop vacuum after they are gone? They kind of cleaned my return vents, but didn't even touch the air vents until I mentioned it and I still need to do it myself. I had ALL of the vent covers removed for a remodel, so no excuse on time, they simply had to vacuum and clean. My cat jumped into one of the returns last evening and came out covered in dust/white crap. Total waste of money and time.

Description of Work: I purchased Duct Cleaning as part of a "Big Deal." The price was reasonable. They were efficient and clean. They showed up on time. It is hard to tell from the outside how clean the ducts are, but everything seems good to me.

Description of Work: Brain is awesome! super straight forward and willing to work with me in payments and price for replacing our furnace. Clearly laid out the options of fixing the old one vs replacing with a new one without trying to influence us. Best customer service. Would definitely recommend them.

Description of Work: I came home from work on a day that reached 102 degrees and found my A/C unit not working! Ugh. Of all days to have it fail. I called Brian (after hours) @ Dales Heating & A/C and he came bright & early the next morning, squeezing me in on the way to another job. After some quick diagnostics it was determined the thermostat had kicked the bucket and I took it from there. Brian & Fred offered to change out the thermostat right then & there but I had done a few of these myself to know it was something I could handle. Then, very impressive, he called me back the next evening around 6pm to see if everything was working all right, which it was. Fantastic response and very professional follow up. Nice!
