Dale's Heating & Air Cond

I purchased a special from Angie's List and was contacted promptly to schedule an appointment. They were flexible in scheduling a time for service, showed up on time and took less time than they estimated.

Everything went well. I had just moved to the area and needed someone to help with this job. The two gentlemen that came were on time, professional, and courteous.

The dryer overheated and died during the first use after the "cleaning." I then found that the exterior vent was actually now clogged with lint, noting it definitely was not clogged prior to the cleaning. Dale's did immediately refund my money and was apologetic about what had happened. (The dryer was an older model and therefore I did not press the matter further.) Also, Dale did identify that the hose was vinyl and unsafe, and therefore should be replaced, which I did do through another company.

The ducts hadn't been cleaned in at least 10 years and he did the job professionally and in a timely fashion. I appreciated seeing before and after pictures of the ducts.

Friendly, efficient and on-time service. The before and after pictures of our air ducts was a real eye opener! I usually saw a light layer of dust within 2 days of dusting, but not after the air ducts were cleaned. Love our new Aprilaire humidifier too.

The job was performed well. The technician arrived on time, did the work competently and quickly, and left our home in good condition.

I was very happy with their service. They came in and cleaned all of our air ducts. They did exactly what they said they were going to do. I believe they might have charged us more than the $199 website pricing because we had more air ducts to clean than what was covered in the $199 price. I felt they were a little pricey. I will use them again but don't plan on using them for a couple of years.

They work was completed as promised in the time frame that was given. Zack from Dale's was professional and thorough, and showed me before and after photos of each duct he cleaned. He did a good job answering the questions I had. Unfortunately I now need to reattach some of the ducts, because once he removed the ducts they couldn't be put back in the same way, but I'm not sure whether this is something that other duct-cleaning companies even do.

The technician who did the work had to deal with some pretty filthy air ducts but he was friendly, quick and thorough nevertheless. A very positive experience.
