+ -1 moreBrian and his assistant did a good job with their install. They were friendly and knowledgable. The equipment worked very well. We had an issue with the condensate pump a couple of months later and they came out to replace it. Their price was very good compared to the other 2 bids I solicited. Only reason I didn't give an overall "A" is that they left the job site a little messy. They swept up the debris but I had to go in later with a mop to clean up drywall dust and small debris.
Description of Work: Installed a new high efficiency furnace and whole-house humidifier.

+ -1 moreEverything went well. They showed up on time to provide an estimate and to perform the work. Very friendly and did exactly what we needed to get done. At the time they were here, we were also working on strengthening a beam in the ceiling which required the duct work on the sides of the beam to be temporarily removed. Brian was able to take that down and put it back up when we were finished for a very reasonable $75. Will definitely use them again and would recommend to anyone.
Description of Work: I am finishing my basement and needed the following done: 1) Install six supply air outlets 2) Install five return air inlets 3) Vent one bathroom fan to outside 4) Relocate dryer vent to a different wall

Our ducts were in pretty rough shape, possibly never cleaned in 50 years. I was impressed that they didn't take any longer than suggested. The men were polite and courteous. I would hire them again, no question.

+ -1 moreI was inquiring if they were certified by the NADCA (National Air Duct Cleaners Association), which is a very important aspect when considering the service. They either failed the certification process or they know they aren't capable of certification. Either or is bad. Why not get a professional instead of these rude amateurs . The guy on the phone actually hung on me. Check out this link before you proceed with air duct cleaning http://www.wikihow.com/Choose-an-Air-Duct-Cleaning-Company. I went with duct doctors and couldn't be happier with the service and professionalism.
Description of Work: Nothing- I just called for a possible estimate for duct cleaning . The guy on the phone hung up on me when I asked if they were certified by NADCA (National Air Duct Cleaners Association). It doesn't get any ruder than that.

They did not leave a mess and took care of my issue as soon as they could. Everything was great about the experience. I would highly recommend them. There were no negatives; Brian did an awesome job. The value of the work is perfect compared to the price. I scheduled the work 3 or 4 days after I purchased the Big Deal.

He explained what needed to be done and came back a couple days later and installed a pump so my AC unit would drain properly and stop flooding my house. Excellent service and very professional. Will always call them for any future needs.

I was instructed to leave a message and would be called back.They did not call back until late the next morning. I would not consider them to provide emergency service.

After describing the problem to Brian he provided a quick fix over the telephone at no change. I appreciated the honest and helpful service. He could easily have come and charged me for a service call to do the same thing. Brian was recommended by a friend and I'm glad I took the recommendation.

Description of Work: I have Asthma & leave the AC fan running 24/7. The motor burned out! I called Dales Heating & Air Cond. Brian Olson came out, replaced the motor for a VERY reasonable cost. He was SUPER professional. Told all occupants of our townhouse complex to use Dales. About a month later, I ran into a separate problem over the weekend. Called Dale to get him sched'd to come out early the next week. He knows I'm handy & gave me the fix over the phone & didn't charge me a cent! Brian, his company, his service are truly worth a call if your Heating & AC unit runs into trouble. Based in Verona WI, but we're really in the Madison area.
