Very very well. Loved these guys. Polite v, efficient, helpful. Wish I had found them years ago.

They arrived on time, cleaned up after themselves and, from the absence of previous dust and smells with the system running, did a fine job of air duct cleaning at a good price.

Just moved into a new property and the former owners had a dog and cat. I do not have pets, so I wanted all of the vents cleaned. The two gentlemen that did it were wonderful. When they were all finished they showed me the before and after pictures. I am so glad that I had them done. I would hire them again.

The contractor contacted me and offered me an upgraded model of humidifier for an additional fee. Even with the upgrade the install was a good deal. The contractor was polite, efficient, timely, and personable. He quickly installed the unit with his employee, explained to me how it operated, and left the place clean and in good order.

Replacements and cleanings went very smoothly. They did a great job of explaining the services provided, installing the equipment, and cleaning up after services were completed. I would definitely recommend to friends and family.

I can't say enough good things about Brian and his company. I had several issues going on in my home and Brian went above and beyond to assist me. Out of all the work I have had done on my house since I bought it, this has been by far the best experience I have had hiring a company to do work for me. Brian consistently got back to me in a timely manner, he and his team were efficient and knowledgeable about the work they did and were very reasonably priced. I think that went well. We did not have any issues with them at all. it was a good experience. My wife was the one that dealt with them but she said it was a good experience. They were very professional and they knew what they were doing.

Great professionalism and very friendly. They arrived promptly and worked quickly and efficiently. I purchased an additional upgrade which offered better control over the humidifier and I am very satisfied with the results. Not one shock or static charge all winter! These whole-home humidifiers are GREAT for our cold/dry Wisconsin winters and I would gladly do business with Dale's Heating & Air Conditioning again.

Provider was responsive, punctual and answered all the questions I had about the product. We are happy with the service and the performance of the humidifier. There was a noticeable improvement in air quality and our house feels warmer when set at the same temps we used before the humidifier. We have not used Dale's for any other HVAC service but I would not hesitate to do so based on our experience with the humidifier and install.

I had purchased a big deal for the service. They did a great job cleaning. They completed the job in a couple of hours, and we did not have any unexpected issues.

It was wonderful. They were very polite. They took the time to explain things to me before they work. The quality seems to be okay. It’s my first time to purchase one and I’m assuming that it works like it is supposed to. They worked with me on my schedule. They were here on time.

The service was fine. I didn't have to wait long for an appointment, and I think he offered an earlier appointment, but it didn't fit my schedule. There were no extra charges after they came. They were courteous.

Brian, Dale's son and principle in the business, arrived promply and performed the needed repair. He was efficient and friendly. The price very reasonable. I am very pleased with his service and will call on him in the future for heating and air conditioning service.

Brian is continuing on in the trade that his father taught him with skill and pride. He is highly capable, always professional, always courteous, looks his customers in the eye and treats them with respect. A friend was in my home recently for a holiday party and remarked that the climate in my 85 year old home was more comfortable than her brand new home. I immediately pulled Dale's Heating & Air Conditioning card from my refrigerator and gave it to her. I told her to call Brian and have a whole house humidifier installed in her home. Brian cleaned a million years of the previous owner's cat hair, dog hair, and dander out of my vents during the winter before I had my humidifier installed. He suggested that I consider having a dehumidifier installed, as my house was bone dry and I own sensitive musical instruments. He wasn't pushy...I got the feeling that he cared. He does great work, his is prompt and reasonably priced. I feel like he is an old friend. Not that he spends a lot of time talking, but he connects with people very well, and is confident about his work. When he came to my home, he actually brought a humidifier that was better than the one I had agreed to have installed. Instead of delaying the job to get the correct unit, he told me "today is your lucky day - you can have the better unit for the price of the one you ordered...unless you really want the one that you ordered." I offered to pay him the difference for the two and he refused...stating that it was his mistake not mine and he should be accountable for that. THAT is a man of integrity!!! He is my go-to heating and A/C guy.

Well. Educated us on the system. Very nice, professional, efficient. Brian and Fred as well as this company is highly recommended by me.

I called Brian at 2:00 and it just happened that he could fit us into his schedule immediately - they were here by 3:00 and out by 3:30! Mission accomplished. Our furnace had been acting strange - turning on and off, felt like it had a mind of its own. he cleaned the sensor, etc. (Sorry, I can't exactly recall the exact verbage!) Our furnace is now running like a top! We have heat when I turn up the thermostat! Brian and his partner were professional and friendly. They got right to work. They also gave me a basic estimate for getting our ducts cleaned and we will be calling them in the Spring to do that. Very grateful they were able to take care of us so quickly and so well.

It went well. They did a great job. The only thing that bugged me was that a few weeks after I had my appointment they were advertising a lower price than what I had paid from Angie's List. It was 50 dollars less and when I contacted Angie's list they said they couldn't refund my money.

It went very well. They were timely. They just came in on time, they did a good job, they explained things well, they were very polite and left specific questions without trying to push anything. They were quick to respond, set up the time very quick and they were very responsive. They were easy to reach, they did what they said they were going to do, they were very timely and came out when they said they were going to come out. We didn't have to wait a long period of time. Everything was very quality.

Brian was great. He answered the phone right away and was able to schedule us on short notice. He and his crew were very professional and did a great job. They were able to complete all of the work within a day. The house has never been warmer. Would highly recommend him to others!

They showed up when they were supposed to. They were polite. They did the world adequetly. My only complaint was that the ceiling fixture on a lower level had a crack and was not properly installed.

Great. They were very polite, wore shoe protectors because we just had new wood floors put in. Showed me what he was doing on the furnace and the filter. They were both very good at what they do. I would call them again.

Arrived a little early, very professional and clean. Went above and beyond explaining some things to me like getting better vent covers as well as giving me references for who to contact for some unrelated work I want done.

They were on time, worked hard and answered all my questions. All went well. I mentioned that my air conditioner was turned off because it was leaking water. The worker looked at the air conditioner and temporarily fixed it until I purchase a new air conditioner. I was very thankful for that.
