It went great. There was an initial delay in scheduling caused (I think) by Angie's list not working properly. The company was very apologetic and prompt once we sorted that out. We've used them before and had a similar experience. Overall - A

Mostly okay. Some confusion on whether the deal covered all ducts (as per ad), or only a limited number. Some complaints about size of house. Dale's did not get back to me promptly about scheduling, and missed my preferred dates. Not an "A" experience, but no major problems. The deal did not clarify the nature of the cleaning--vacuum only or removal and washing of covers. It was the former. Some other estimates I got included the latter. Wish that had been more clea in the ad for the deal.

It went very well. Brian arrived at the scheduled time, spent less than an hour installing the humidifier, and then showed me how to work it. He answered my questions and cleaned up after himself. Very professional and very pleasant to work with. I recommend him with no hesitation.

Wonderful! Mid-afternoon on a 22 degree day I realized the temperature was dropping in the house. Checked the furnace and it looked to be an igniter issue. I called one provider, left a message with a 3rd party service and never heard back from them. I called Dale's and Brian answered the phone right away. He said he was on his way to another call, but would be out after, noted the after-hour/weekend charges, and said he would call when he was on his way. Brian called when he was on his way, very professional and courteous, and quickly identified the igniter issue when he arrived. He had the furnace back up and running within an hour. I was very impressed and they've definitely won us over as new customerst!

He did a good job as far as I can tell. Professional, polite, on time, explained what was happening. He showed me before and after images of the ducts, and they certainly look cleaner. There are mixed opinions about whether or not cleaning is useful, but we have a lot of dust in the house, a fair bit or remodeling over the last 10 years, some allergies ... and we felt it might make a difference. It's too soon to tell, we need to get through a fully cycle of heating and cooling While he was here he did an annual furnace inspection and tuneup (extra $).

We recently moved into a 50 year old house. Both my son and I have asthma and my daughter has severe environmental allergies so I knew we needed the air ducts cleaned. I am so glad that we did. The two employees arrived promptly and were pleasant and easy to talk to. They took pictures of the vents so that we could see all the stuff stuck in the vents. We think the vents were never cleaned because they found construction debris. They even found a dead bat in the vents. I am so relieved to know that when we turn on our heat this winter, we will be breathing cleaner air. I was pleasantly surprised to learn that they also sealed any holes they found in the vents. This was an added bonus! Yes I would recommend Dale's Heating & Air Conditioning.

Dale's employees showed up on time. They were very polite, personable, and efficient. All work was done and everything returned to it's original location when finished. Brian offered additional suggestions for improving overall system efficiency and decreasing dust in the household. It is nice to feel like your contractor has done a good job, but even better to feel like your contractor is honest and agreeable.

They were great. Showed me the before and after. They also noted our beat up old central air unit but didn't pressure me into purchasing and using them. So now, we plan to use them!

I was very happy with the work. The filter for our air cleaner needed some parts replaced, and Brian took care of getting the parts and installing them in the air cleaner very quickly. I really appreciate the responsiveness and will use them again.

Two techs arrived on time and were very polite and professional. Did the job very promptly and explained the system and how to control it. I had the option to upgrade to an automatic system for an extra $150? but when I called about it, the owner said I did not really need it since it is a new home. I appreciated that. The installer also said the manual system was sufficient. So I appreciate their honesty. Will probably use them to do furnace check ups when the time comes.

Following my kitchen remodeling, it was necessary to clean out the vents and ductwork because of all the dust stirred up by the work. This was my first opportunity to use Dale's Heating and AC. I set the appt up on line for 9 days later at 11am. They arrived a couple minutes before 11. Following introductions, they immediately began setting up their equipment. The primary technician was Jake. He brought several matters to my attention related to gaps between the wall and the respective vent (he'd taken pictures to show me specifically where the gaps were). He corrected the problem as he encountered them. Total time here was just under 2 hrs (which was within their stated timeframe). He/they were efficient, responsive and respectful of the contents in my house. I,m comfortable recommending Dale's Heating and Air Conditioning to others. Thank you

They could have done a better job. They were on time. They were a couple of young guys and maybe they needed some more instructions from their company owner. My husband had specifically opened up some ductwork in the ceiling of our family room and he looked in after the guys were gone, he could see that they really didn?t do that great of a job.
