Description of Work: We started experiencing problems with our computer booting up. Dave responded to our request and came out promptly. When he wasn't able to complete the diagnostics in our home, he took the computer back to his office, kept in constant contact with us for updates, explored several avenues for fixing, and in the end discovered we were beyond repair. At that point he returned the hard drive to us and came prepared with recommendations for replacement. We had already gone out and purchased a new hard drive. He even sat down with us for a while to help get the new computer up and running (we were having difficulty getting Outlook installed). He's a very personable guy and we would definitely not hesitate to use his services again if needed.
