EXCELLENT I could not have asked for more. Dave is excellent! I am an older person and am very leery about IT issue, bottom line trust was a real issue. Those fears were allied with Dave. His responsiveness, professionalism and knowledge are unsurpassed. He goes above and beyond to not only fix problems but also keeps you updated should it take time to remedy the problem. I could not ask for a better IT guy. Am definitely going to do business with him on a continuing basis.

The service is good and I have used them regularly ever since.

The part was delayed and Dave kept me posted and worked to resolve the problem. He did a great job on the repair. Computer is running smoothly and quietly. He went out of his way to be fair with billing. I would recommend him and certainly call him with any future computer issues.

He has a good way of explaining things to folks who are not tech savvy. He was not able to resolve my issue; however, this was not is fault, it was an issue with my internet service provider.

The individual from Community PC that I worked with was a thorough professional, totally committed and persistent (well beyond the time I had paid for) to curing all ailments of my LT - and it had quite a few, courtesy the 'free W10 upgrade'. It had to be restored back to W7, the hard disk was wasted, the various HW and SW drivers were wasted, Office 2010 Professional had to be reinstalled, 2 of the USB ports would not work - to name a few. This gentleman kept at it relentlessly and tenaciously till all issues got resolved, including the 2 out-of-commission USB ports. I am very pleased by their professionalism and dedication. On a scale of 1 - 5 stars, I will happily give a 6!!

As usual it went good. I've been dealing with Community PC for several years now and I have never had any complaints. He's polite and prompt and really knows what he's doing. For some reason my internet and my email wouldn't do anything. But everybody said I was still connected. Dave was able to connect to my computer from his shop and fixed the problem. Apparently I had some malware and several old versions of AOL installed and nothing would work. It took about two hours, but I just did my chores while he worked so it was painless.

It has always gone extremely well. All calls are answered almost immediately and service calls that have been needed in home have always been arranged at convenient times for us. Any problems we have had with our computer have always been well taken care of by this service and in that we have a fairly old computer system that says a lot for Community PC LLC. Never has this service not been able to fix a problem we have had!

He showed up promptly. He took my pc after doing some tests and returned it within a week as good as new.

Excellent and honest service and very informative. Such a good value I signed up for monthly remote maintenance.

My computer was extremely slow, so I purchased the 2 hours computer service for $99. After changing the configuration to make it more efficient and checking for viruses, Dave recommended fully reconfiguring the computer for an extra $60. I accepted and he took it to his house to complete the work. When he returned, my computer was like new, and super efficient! I am very satisfied with the work performed and with Dave's professionalism. He listened to my concerns, tried to understand how I used my computer, and gave me advices based on my needs. I will definitely use his services again and strongly recommend him!

Dave made an additional trip to get my devices (printer, wireless connection, hard drive) communicating with each other. I appreciated the extra effort.

I had an Apple computer and I felt the technician was more versed with a PC. I felt some of my questions did not get answered.

The individual was a nice guy; I liked him. The only problem was that it didn’t eliminate my problems. The work turned out okay, but the problem that existed continued to exist. It's probably my fault; I haven't called him back. He said that I should call him back if the problem still exists. My interaction was good.

Everything went well and I would definitely use him again and he has my recommendation.

The problem was solved rather quickly. Dave showed me what had gone wrong and how I could avoid having it happen in the future. He walked me through the process and only after I assured him that I could handle it from there, he left. After he was gone, I did what he had told me only to find that yet another problem, which we both thought had been fixed, resurfaced. I called and he accessed my computer remotely, spending a good bit of time in the process. This was eventually solved - a small startup command was duplicated somehow which caused the computer to freeze up at startup. Despite the additional time spent, he didn't charge me anything for his time. This was true customer service and a demonstates a real committment to satisfaction. I would highly recommend Dave to anyone with any type of computer malfunction. His positive ratings on Angie's List, where I found him to begin with, are well-deserved.

It was fine and that was my first time. I got a discount anyway and he was able to do what he was supposed to do. I think he seems to know what he was doing and was able to help me solve the problem so I think we may do it again. He didn't come actually to our house. There's nothing unprofessional about it.

The service turned out fine. The actual service was probably 10 days after I purchased the Big Deal because it had to be ordered first. The cost was quite a bit more than the $59 Big Deal purchase price. The Big Deal was just part of the purchase. It was quite an extensive installation. For time, materials, and software, I believe my whole bill came up to approximately $425. The technician was a very personable individual and highly skilled.

Worked well.Intend to call back to 1. Set up home network and 2. Set up 4 desktops on network.

Dave contacted me within hours of purchasing his Big Deal and set up an appointment to come 2 days later. He arrived on time and started work right away. I was able to sit right there watching him, asking him questions, and showing him what problems I was having. He recognized the issues right away, knew what was going on, and downloaded a program to help with spam. I was most impressed with the fact that he actually spoke in a way I could understand. The time took only a little more than one hour, so I didn't have to pay more than the Big Deal price. He was thorough and professional. I will use him again.

He emailed me to set up an appointment at my convenience and showed up right on time. Was very professional and followed up with a few questions after he left. I'd definitely recommend him and will use him again myself.

We would recommend Dave for solving computer problems. He did a nice job of explaining the need for changes on our computer. His timetable for solving our computer problems and getting us up and running was very good.

Purchased $49 in-home pc tune up ... but actually needed advice from someone knowledgeable about installing Cat6 ethernet cable, switches and wireless in the basement we are renovating. Dave from Community PC came out to the house and was happy to explain to me precisely what hardware I needed. Super cool and guy with a lot of practical knowledge. After the hour was up he said he'd give me an extra half-hour follow-up for free since it ended up just being a consult and not a tune-up. A few weeks later I had some follow-up questions, which I sent to him in an email. He provided a very useful and detailed response. Will definitely use his company's services if needed in the future.

He was able to come out to my home for the appointment within a few days of purchasing the deal. He spent about forty-five minutes with me and provided me with the advice that I was looking for. I think that it turned out very well.

There were a number of problems, including an external hard drive with a bad 'block,' plus a backlog of uninstalled updates. But the critical one seemed to implicate the automatic backups to Google Drive. Dave disabled those and put us back on Carbonite for backups. Dave was on time for both house calls. He is very professional, knows his business, and explained everything as he went. He is very easygoing and was a pleasure to work with.

It went slowly - but that's because the PC was VERY slow and initially not Internet connected, the peripherals were old and needed to be set up with old software, and he had to fix additional issues as they appeared. I would have had to replace the PC, printer and scanner if he hadn't done all this. (Very helpful and nice about my ignorance....)
